"We had a great stay. The house is in a beautiful, leafy neighborhood in NW Washington. It's a very nice house, clean, with a beautiful private bathroom, and with easy parking right in front. The room is inside the owner's house, but it's off to the side and it felt like we were alone most of the time. "We were in town for a concert with our kiddos. This condo was perfect for us. Its in a beautiful neighborhood. Quiet and very comfortable. Also, perfectly located for easy access to DC with lots of restaurants, cafes and coffee shops within walking distance. Our host was very kind and responsive when I had questions regarding check-in. Would absolutely stay here again if we have the opportunity to return. "

"Spacious and clean in a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Yard space right outside the door for our dog and a nearby walking trail. I read a previous review that there isn’t temperature control in this unit but with the space heater provided and the extra blankets I brought it was fine. There is also a ceiling fan if you need it to be a little cooler. The host responded quickly with any questions. "

"We needed a place close to Kensington as we were cleaning out my brother's place. It was 8 minutes away! It was the comfort and space we needed to decompress after long days of sorting, packing, and moving. The beds were comfy, the appliances were new and in working order, and the furniture was comfy. Plenty of space for everyone to eat, sleep and hang around together."

We used public transit from the airport to the house, traveling to the national mall every day to visit smithsonian museums and national monuments. "We brought 7 students from our US History Class to DC and stayed at this home. It was awesome, although if you are walking to the Metro watch out for the giant hill! "The front desk staff was very friendly, check-in was quick, there were plenty of towels, shampoo, and other amenities, and all the electronics in the room worked well. The internet service could be improved a bit, but it works well considering it's free. The bed and pillows are more comfortable at Holiday Inns, but for the price, it's reasonable. This is my second time staying at the chain, and I would definitely return."
