Previous reviews mentioned the street noise and there was plenty of that but room fans helped a great deal. Good water pressure, very clean. The bed in the primary bedroom should be replaced. "There is parking for 3 vehicles if they are not very large SUV’s or trucks. The deck area in the back is nice, but small, and sits next to the AC units. We might not have explored enough to understand the “artsy” part of the area."
