Wright Square Loft: Amazing Unit A in Downtown Savannah With Great Views!

  • Gorgeous 2 bedroom condo with a wall of windows overlooking Wright Square. This location is steps from all the best fine dining restaurants Savannah has to offer, as well as museums, casual restaurants, boutiques, specialty stores, bars, day spas and historic landmarks.

    The condo has a large gourmet kitchen with marble counter tops which is open to a great dining room and living room with leather sectional sofa. The back bedroom has a Queen bed and nice bathroom next door off the hallway. The master bedroom at the front of the unit has a King bed, a lovely en suite bathroom and walk in closet. Conveniently, you will have a private laundry room with Whirlpool front loader washer and dryer. The building has coded entry from street level into the lobby stairwell area. This unit is on floor 2 of a 2 story building and there is no elevator so this is unsuitable for anyone who cannot walk up stairs. Parking is on-street and meters are best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app on your phone. Or by paying one of the several public parking garages within a 3 block radius directly.

    We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small $15 flat fee to use our access card. If you do not wish to use our garage card or have additional vehicles, all day parking on street and at select parking garages is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone.

    Guests please be aware:
    We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. You will then need to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO.

Beautiful space in an excellent location. Kitchen was well-equipped and beds were comfortable. Availability to utilize the nearby parking was a bonus.

This unit is a fabulous find. We have stayed in several other Savannah VRBO's, and this was the best yet. It was extremely spacious and conveniently located. The parking was a plus. We will definitely book again when we are in town.

The town house is in a great location and was perfect for our weekend in Savannah. We were able to easily walk from the town house to the river and over to Forsyth Square. The two bedrooms and living space were clean and well Maintained. We would certainly consider booking again.

My family enjoyed our stay so much we would stay here again! It was perfect for walking everywhere. The first couple mornings around 7am there was construction right across the street. We were typically gone during the day so it didn’t bother us too much. It is a beautiful, modern place to stay. Very clean and well maintained. Our favorite experience was eating at Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room. We also enjoyed a day at Tybee Island. If you are going to go to the beach be sure to bring beach towels, they are not included. If you are not able to do stairs you are not going to want to stay here, they do not have an elevator. We definitely recommend staying here. We had an amazing visit.

The listing is very accurate. There is a binder of recommendations on the counter which helped in finding local treasures. This location made walking the historic district a breeze.

We had a great stay! Clean, plenty of space, great location, parking ramp was a plus, and would stay again. Bonus, the couch was super comfortable to chill and watch a movie at the end of the night. Loved the natural lighting with the big windows too.

Wow, what an amazing place. The location was perfect, literally a 0.5 mile walk to EVERYTHING! Unfortunately, it rained every day we were there but thankfully, not a heavy rain so we were still able to walk everywhere. I highly recommend this place for beauty and location.

Was a wonderful place for my family on our first trip to Savannah. Place was exactly as pictured, with the apartment overlooking Wright square. We ate out the entire time, but there was plenty of cookware and whatever you might need there. Beds were super comfortable. Main bath was really nice. As far as the area, I never felt unsafe or where I was not comfortable letting my college age daughters walk up to the bistro or coffee shop by themselves. My wife had to leave and return home due to unfortunate circumstances after one night, so I plan to make this trip a do over so she can come back and enjoy the things in Savannah she looked forward to. I hope we will be able to book this apartment again. Thank you!
