    Comfortable and spacious, this 2 bedroom loft in Circa 1849 building overlooking Broughton Street in Historic Savannah is the perfect 'home away from home'. Located in the heart of everything, enjoy upscale shopping and dining just outside your door. Like to people watch? It doesn't get any better than this. Watch the crowds milling around on Broughton Street down below as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail. Take in the fabulous view of the Talmadge Bridge out the 10 foot high arched windows. Just steps from Telfair Square and Telfair Museum of Art, City Market, River Street and many great restaurants, including Paula Deen's Lady and Sons so close to everything that you can park your car and forget about it! Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. The front bedroom has a King bed and the back bedroom has a Queen. There are 2 twin rollaway beds present in the unit, allowing it to sleep 6 in beds. We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small fee. Great place!!

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway!! The view was great for sitting around watching all of the city life happening!! We hope to be able to stay here again the next time that we visit.

Great place to stay. Safe (passcode to get in the building and another for condo), clean, conveniently located for easy walk to popular places, easy to communicate with person managing the property, well supplied with necessities, and nice place to people watch. There was even a box fan and noise maker to help us sleep. Parking deck is a block or so away but we could pull the vehicle up closer to the door when needed when we wanted to go somewhere and to load/unload luggage. Free parking for one vehicle in the parking garage. We will be returning for future Savannah trips.

Perfect getaway

What a great location! The loft had everything we needed and was in a great location for exploring Savannah. This is an older building but it was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice place in a great location

We all had a great time. This place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk to everything we had planned. When we come back to Savannah eventually, we’d love to stay here again.

Great communication

Excellent location within walking distance of most sights and shopping. Communication was prompt from the management team, and issues that could be resolved were resolved very quickly. Would recommend this location.

Wonderful stay!

Me and my friends made a trip to savannah and rented out this place. It was perfect everything you could ask for. Very neat and clean and easy check in would definitely come back again!

Condo was nicer than pictured. Great location. A bit noisy at times with street traffic on weekend. Alley type kitchen with bar seating. Well stocked kitchen with the exception of serving bowls and storage containers with lids. Very roomy outside of kitchen with nice third floor city view. Would recommend and rent again.

Great Location!!!

This condo has the best location to be able to walk to almost anything. Parks, Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Parking garage is an easy walk and the parking pass is an added benefit. Condo is very clean and comfortable. Nightlife is a little noisy but never bothered us. Great place to stay.
