"Beautiful historical hotel, the rooms were comfortable, the bed too and we liked the vintage style fridge. Because this is a historical building the walls are very thin and you can hear everything! I'd give it a higher rating but the thin walls were an annoyance. Also, no AC in the unit."

"This property is in a wonderful quiet location. The access to the beach and the views of the bay are amazing. The house is old and access to the house is up a lot of stairs, but that wasn’t a problem for our group. When we stayed in August there was quite a few wasps around the property which limited our time down on the grassy area, some wasp traps would be a good idea. Otherwise another great stay for us! "

"beautiful and well kept. it was the perfect get out of seatown cabin! even tho it is neighbors on 3 sides it felt very secluded and the full on unobstructed view of the water . . . i am super happy about it all! also, the host always had a quick response to questions. nice little gem and i will definitely try to book again. "We loved this place. It was like staying at your grandparents’ cabin for the weekend. "This property was absolutely lovely and exactly what we were looking for, for the weekend! The yurt was cozy and secluded and the walk to the bathrooms was not bad at all! During our stay, a pipe burst, resulting in no water for a few hours, but Trudy was on it and had it fixed in no time. We would definitely stay again! "

"A lovely getaway for me, my mom and 2 children. The place was clean, well stocked and peaceful. Beautiful views. Didn’t use the hot tub but looked in it and it was clean and hot. "Very special quiet retreat. I loved the setting: a beautiful meadow surrounded by mountains. The Dosewallips is a short walk away and you can hear it from the cabin. The cabin is adorable and not small, with plenty of space for yoga. The bed was comfy, the outhouse incredibly clean. I hope to return. "

"The most perfect paradise for glamping on Bainbridge Island. From the functional but lovely outdoor toilette and shower to the friendly goats, peacocks, and umbrella of trees and other flora to the heated pool, comfortable teepee sleeping under the stars, this property was heaven. We would highly recommend, owner was a great resource and super welcoming. I've never staged anywhere this magical. We will never forget this getaway from our busy lives. "We only spent two nights but really enjoyed the weekend break. Quiet location and the internet was surprisingly good so we could stream a movie with no issues. Yes there were a few spiders and the cell reception was non-existent but that was our goal. We love stopping by Langley and Freeland so this location was perfect. We did manage to be sucessful with our trout fishing which was an added bonus. Only improvements I could see would be to do some work on the shower so it doesn't leak...
