"Muy bonito lugar u tranquilo "

"A little loud with the main road right there, but twomamazing lagoons are like 3 minutes walking. We based out here for Volcano National Park, and stayed only one night. Dated building, but everything is clean and provided for. Thanks, y'all! "

"The hotel is good but the room we get has to many problems on the bathroom, The shower is very small and with very little water pressure it is very difficult to take showers, the sink was plugged and they took more the two days to fix it. we found out have cockroaches. The fridge was not working good. They don’t have service of recollection of garbage so we have to take care of it"

"Robyn is prompt with communication, excellent location, extremely clean and nicely updated interior plus there's fans in the room. The only issue was the guests staying next door kept slamming the door otherwise it was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This was a one night stay for our family of 6 before flying home early the next morning. It suited us fine for the night. Communication with hosts was amazing and easy. Very clean, amply stocked kitchen, linens, etc. Beach stuff to borrow (snorkels etc) for those who stay longer than us. Residential neighborhood location is amazing if you want to walk to everything in town. No AC so can get warm, but 2 ceiling fans and 2 portable fans. "Enjoy everything about the place love the beautiful mountains the view was breathtaking fresh air. And hearing the roosters alarm meeting the locals so lovely offering me a ride to the main road. I would recommend this place with my family and friends. The only thing i would like is to have a iron in the apartment everything else sweet as."

"The location was perfect and the room was as advertised. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance. The view was great, capturing both Diamond Head and the ocean. Yes, as others have noted in other reviews there was some noise from the road, but that is to be expected in Waikiki at night. The elevators were about the fastest I have ever used and that was big plus. We would happily choose to stay here again on a return trip."

"A great place to stay. We were welcomed from arrival and our hosts were friendly and helpful. A small supermarket was only a 2 minute walk. We hired a 2 person scooter to get around and enjoy the island and this is a great way to explore. Snorkelling is a few kms away but fantastic. We would certainly recommend Tropical Sands and hope to go back some day "

"The room was very nice. Just a warning that this is directly above a bar with quite the nightlife. The balcony is right above the bars open wall. Fun but can be loud at night. I used my sound machine and was fine. Perfect location. So close to the beach and everything Waikiki has to offer. "
