"We didn't use the pool. It was very dirty, but I was told it would be cleaned on Sunday (I was home all day working), I didn't see anyone come to clean, I notified the management staff, they said someone accessed the gate... maybe they did, but the pool looked exactly the same with the same amount of dirt and leaves in the bottom, and the water level was so low that the skimmer/filter couldn't filter the surface debris. "The property had two homes and two out buildings. The site felt more like a luxury villa than a rental. There were many kitchens, bedroom and social areas. The age ranges of our family ranges from 7 months to senior citizens. Everyone had a great time and we appreciated the ability to be together and to have private areas. Well worth the money."

"Tammy has the perfect little nook in the Big Town of Nashville! We had everything that we needed! This place isn't located right downtown but you could still walk to get breakfast or see some of the sightings. It was very easy to get an Uber and highly recommend if you want to go downtown as parking is a little crazy. The furniture and the bed are very comfortable and cozy! She is a great host and looks for her guests to be comfortable and she does that remarkably! Will definitely stay again if...

"Stayed at many places in Nashville as I return monthly. Many have been bought out and prices raised dramatically. As a weekday traveler I found this to be the right price and great accommodations. Location perfect and near lots of nice bars restaurants and shops! Parking not bad at 15 for overnight."

"Justin was super helpful and responsive. This space is very clean and nice. We have a son living in east Nash so this was perfect for us location wise. I took one star off due to the noise in the building and surrounding area. This wouldn’t be ideal for a family with young kids that need to sleep or nap. We were up early and gone for most of the days so it was not a problem for us. Other than that this was a lovely place to stay. "
