"The location is close to Riverstreet and the main square. Communication was excellent with our host. Parking is a block away. I wasn’t crazy about having to find a spot to unload the car before parking as it was a holiday weekend and finding a spot was next to impossible. The noise was very loud outside until 4:30am due to St. Patty’s weekend but overall the place was convenient and nice to getaway. "

Cons: If you plan to cook in the unit, like we did, be aware that it's lacking a decent sharp knife; all there was were two small paring knives. And the can opener was too weird for us to figure out. "Nice condo overlooking the waterway. Clean, comfortable and close to everything. Sandra is top-notch. Nice kitchen and good bed. Everything good, and I was there for 5 nights. "

"The condo was very nice. You can sort of see the ocean from the deck on a clear day. Two things that would enhance the stay would be to replace the couch (the couch was a little squeaky when you sit on it) and if they could replace the beach chairs that are in the over head storage on the deck.
