New favorite beach vacation site!

Apartment is perfect for a couple. Newer Apartment sized appliances, well-stocked kitchen. Shower was amazing with GREAT water pressure. Very comfortable bed. Not sure what they clean with, but it is a very light clean scent I would love in my own home. Close beach access for , bicycles included in rental. Amazing view of ocean from balcony, and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, but even better host

We have stayed in this location several times in various villas. Kendall is always very accommodating and always responds to any inquiries quickly. We really enjoy being near the beach and Coligny. Thanks again for another great stay!

Perfect getaway

Our accommodations were perfect for our first stay in Hilton Head. The condo was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. It is a short walk to the beach and a ten minute walk to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Convenient to beach, shops, and restaurants

We loved how easy it was to get around the area. The beach was just a few steps away, and shops and restaurants were a short walk away. Sitting on the patio drinking morning coffee and an evening glass of wine was so peaceful and relaxing. The hallway was a little noisy with late nighters, but other than that, everything was wonderful!

Always a Good Time

We booked last minute, like the morning we were leaving. Kendall was very responsive and the condo was clean and ready upon arrival. Check in is so easy. The room was beautiful and worked great for our little group of four. The owner checked in with us throughout our stay and was very kind. We have stayed with this host the last three years and will continue to book with them for future stays.

Loved the beach rental condo. It was clean and it had everything we needed to have a great vacation! Coligny plaza was close with many options for shopping. The beach was a short walk and was visible from our patio. The owner communicated with me quickly. Overall, a great experience!

Best experience I’ve ever had with VRBO

The location of this property is prime. It’s just a few blocks from Coligny shops and restaurants. Very walkable. You basically walk out your door, walk across the parking lot of the building and go to the beach. You have a partial view of the ocean from the back deck. I rented two condos the same week for 2 of my adult friends and 3 13 year old kids. I took advantage of having Kendall get groceries for us from Publix (extra cost), and it was worth it. It was awesome coming in and already having a stocked fridge. The unit was clean, and in good shape. I can’t express how great Kendall was. We were celebrating birthdays and she made several recommendations including a great cookie decorator. There was also a cute touch of ocean themed welcome sugar cookies. Next time we come back to Hilton Head we will rent this unit again. Thank you Kendall, you were the best host I’ve ever had on any platform. Because of you, our visit was stress free. Highly recommend

Fantastic location! Walk to the beach.

The property is essentially on the beach as you just walk out of the back parking area to a boardwalk that leads to the beach. Takes about a minute. Beautiful beach that goes on for miles. Plenty of area to spread out. About a 2 mile walk on the beach to reach the Sea Pines. Coligny Square is about a mile walk on the beach. Bring a credit card and you can buy a drink at the beach bar at Coligny Square. The unit is as advertised. Be aware that the door from the hallway opens into the bedroom. The queen mattress is very comfortable. The unit is well equipped with the essentials. When we arrived, the manager, Kendall, had left us a bottle of wine and cookies! Nice touch. We had 2 sets of bath towels, 2 dish tabs and 2 rolls of toilet paper. With staying a week I believe 4 dish tabs and 3 rolls of toilet paper would be more realistic. There were a couple of maintenance issues that were resolved quickly. Good communication with Kendall. 2 beach chairs and beach umbrella were on the deck for our use. There is an outside shower by the bicycle area to wash yourself and feet before entering the building. I highly recommend staying in this area as you are central to many fun activities.
