First time visiting Hilton Head. Debated over where to stay on the island and settled on Kellie’s place, so glad I did. The unit itself is thoughtfully laid out for its size. Kellie was very responsive to any questions I had and the resort is well cared for. I played a few mornings at pickleball, walked the beach many times, road my bike - it was chilly in March but doable. Highly recommend!

Quick Anniversary get away

The property was very clean, well equipped, comfortable and located a short walk to the beach literally at the end of the building we were in, so very convenient.Check in was fast and easy.Communication with the host from initial booking through checkout was superb. There were no surprises and as a nice treat we were able to get in a bit early. We would book this unit again.

This property is such a gem! So nicely decorated and clean and on the end so it was very quiet and felt private. The unit was well appointed with everything you need for a great beach vacation. The owners are super communicative which gave us peace of mind. Fortunately we didn't need a thing but if we had any issues, I am sure they would have been resolved on the spot. We will definitely stay here again.

A Great Stay!

We had a great stay at Kellie and Phil’s condo. The condo was clean, quiet and a perfect size for a couple. Kellie and Phil had great communication before and throughout our stay, making check in and check out seamless. The condo is steps from the beach and the provided beach chairs and umbrella was a nice touch. We had a lot of fun and were able to relax during our stay here. We will definitely be back!

Amazing location

We loved this location! We had the beach, pool, pickle ball courts, and sports bar all within steps of the condo. Everything else on the island was within biking or just a 10-15 minute car ride. Condo was clean and it had everything we needed. We had such a great experience!

Perfect getaway

This was our first trip to Hilton Head. We are so glad we decided to book this property. We were pleased with the location and the cleanliness of the unit. Kellie was quick to respond throughout the booking and stay. There is so much to do on the property if you don’t want to leave, yet you’re not far from shopping and all of the other tourist attractions. We can’t wait to come back to the island in the future!

The hosts were very helpful leading up to our trip and available to answer questions. The condo was spotless and quiet. The amenities in the resort were wonderful. The condo is a short walk to the pool and entrance to the beach. There was no outside noise and we were able to get a very restful nights sleep in the comfortable bed. We definitely plan to return in the future. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Great Landlords

We have stayed two years in a row in this lovely condo. Not only is the condo comfortable, but the owners go the extra mile to accommodate guests and make them feel welcome and satisfied. The property itself is easily accessible to the beach and offers amenties such as the pool, pickleball courts, restaurants, security, etc. The grounds are well maintained. We look forward to our next visit.
