"Loved the property and the location was great. Loved that they had van transportation. The only complaints are that I wish the property had more activities planned for guests and the suite we were in, in the double queen room, the room never got below 78 degrees but the rest of the suite was freezing. "I had a wonderful four days with my boys, thank you! I highly recommend this lovely condo on Tybee. The management was friendly and very attentive, checking in with us to be sure everything was going well. Most importantly, the house was very clean. We didn’t see a single bug during our visit, which is crazy for the south. Would definitely return. Thanks again"

"The house was perfect! The location was a bit of a drive but the house had so much to do we barely left it. The pool, deck and backyard are huge! The pictures don’t do it justice. Andy, the host, was very responsive and flexible with check in and check out times which we greatly appreciated since family was traveling on different days and times. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The Magnolia House is an excellent property conveniently located to everything. Great neighborhood for walking, with many historical homes and Squares along the way. It’s far enough away from the crowds downtown and on River Street, but also close enough to drive, or walk. Free parking in front was a bonus because almost everywhere else you have to pay to park.
