  • Welcome to Hudson South! Enjoy this terrific beach house in a great location, only a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Newly renovated kitchen with large island and plenty of space for the whole group to gather around. Grab your coffee cup and sit on the beach to watch the sunrise or bring your bottle of wine to enjoy the cool evening breezes! Come enjoy the large spacious floor plan, perfect for your group to have a great beach vacation. This 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath house comfortably sleeps 12 guests with a large deck overlooking a 15'X30' pool (heat additional ). Fenced in yard. Large kitchen with plenty of seating for everyone. Light and Airy Family Room with cozy couches, 85" tv, Superfast Wifi , Roku and Hulu live streaming. Borrow a Boogie Board, Beach Chair or Game to enjoy time on the beach. Relax at night with a board game or family movie. Walk out the back gate to the beach path and relax on the stunningly beautiful, quiet beach. Enjoy all of Sea Pines many amenities including Golf, Tennis, Boating, Fishing, Nature Preserve, Stables, and over 15 miles of Bike Trails. There are lots of great restaurants close by as well as plenty of excursions for the adventurous type. This is the place where you can choose to be active or just relax, it's all your choice.

    Pool heat is available for $600 (May-Sept) $800(April & October) and $1000 (November-March)plus tax.

    We welcome one dog with applicable pet fee.

    Rentals are Saturday to Saturday during the summer season.
    No Towed Boats or Electric Bikes are allowed. Ring Doorbell camera on front door.

Easy access to the beach with the convenience of a private pool makes this an ideal home for a large group. The home is well laid out with the attention to detail to suit all your needs. This property was amazing! My wife and I stayed with our 5 teenagers and there was plenty of room. The house was very clean, extremely well stocked and the pool was great. Even though we never met the host, we felt her hospitality throughout the experience. We would definitely rebook here.

Great Property, Great Host

We had a great stay! The property was well described in the listing, and Lori was terrific host who went above and beyond. The proximity to the beach was terrific, esp as we had a couple of toddlers so getting to/from the beach always comes with a bit of an extra challenge. Would 100% book a stay here again!

Great experience

Our stay was fantastic. The house and pool are very clean. The beach is super accessible. We had travel issues within our group and Lori was able to extend our stay by a day without any trouble. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

A wonderful home.

We have been staying in Sea Pines for more than 40 years and this homes is a true winner. The owners were so nice to work with and they made the stay so easy. 3 master bed rooms and a pool with in 3 minutes of the beach was just over the top.

This home was perfect for my family. We had 5 adults and 4 grandchildren. and we ALL had fun!

The large heated pool, close proximity to the beach (2 minute walk) and the way the bedrooms were situated worked perfectly for our family. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to go to the beach! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

Great House for Families

We stayed at this rental property for our second time and will be back again. The house has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. We love how close we are to the beach (a short 2 minute walk) and the large pool.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay! The house was the perfect size to accommodate our whole family. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook dinners at home. You can’t beat the location, we walked to the beach multiple times a day and the community is very nice.

This is a great property for a family! Awesome pool to hang out at and a very short walk to the beach. There is a nice size deck for hanging out and lots of space in the house. It’s well equipped for all your needs!

Great stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay, we love Sea Pines/Hilton Head and the house was fantastic, perfect for our family, close to the beach and having the pool gave us the best of both worlds. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Overall we had a great visit.
