"A shopping Mall is a 5 minute walk, all the main supermarkets, Aldi,Coles,Woolworths, a butchers, market stalls & more. The main strip for Coolongata is a 10-15minute walk away. Safe area at night, nice local parks, fuel station at the end of France’s street. The room was clean, ample towels, toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities, Iron,hairdryer in the room. "Yes . Staff were extremely helpful when we first went to the unit there was water on the carpet adjacent to the tiles in the living area. The issue was addressed promptly. Early the next day the maintenance man came and checked the dishwasher and proved that it did not leak. I was very impressed with his work ethic and friendly manner. I believe that the fridge door in the unit has a problem with closing. One had to push the door firmly to make sure that it was fixed fast."

"The staff were very accommodating, however the complex is very tired, and the amenities have been removed to being almost non existent. The laundry was closed permanently, and there is no mini bar or room service facilities. "
