Management was very quick to respond when we had a minor issue with the door handle & it was fixed right away. This place is very nice & has lots of potential but needs a deep cleaning & some updates to towels & washcloths. You can tell it has not been dusted or deep cleaned in a long time, we expected spider webs etc, because we were in the woods, however, the fan blades had layers of dust on them & the fresh air returns needed cleaned. The bed was not comfortable at all, no box spring underneath. The juke box didn’t work while we were there, management said it would be fixed after we left when we told them it wasn't working. The kitchen lighting is hard to see what you're doing, there is no light over the stove or sink area. One of the pans in the cupboard had burnt food in really bad, there were several other pans in the cupboard with food still on them. The rest of the dishes seemed fine, we still washed them before using them anyways. The deck area and hot tub was very nice. There is a garbage processing center close by so unfortunately we didn’t use the deck much because of the smell, it would have been helpful to know that the listing was so close to the garbage processing center before we booked, as we had planned to be outside more. This would be a very attractive, beautiful vacation home with some deeper cleaning some updates to linens.
