Loved it!

We loved our stay! Perfect location. Easy to get to Clean and easy check-in.I gave a 4 star for a few things that need attention.The door handle is very floppy. Although it is just for looks. I would recommend fixing that. The gas firepit is great but did have to get a lighter and light by hand. The dark area under cabinets need lights replaced. Definitely recommend and would stay again The pool spa Awesome! Large kitchen, fun play area. Something for everyone!

Great House

Great house. One of the bedroom is very small. There were some small inconveniences such as missing light bulbs and outlets that did not work. Rental company good about attending to needs.

Beautiful and Spacious! Something for everyone

We had our full large family here for Thanksgiving. There were 21 people ranging from 5-75yo. The house is huge. So big that you could actually find new rooms you hadn't stumbled across yet during your stay and it was great to have so many bedrooms and full bathrooms that each family had their space. The game room was fantastic for the kids and teens (and adults!), the theatre room was a huge hit for the football games, and there were so many beautiful spaces to hang out and play games. It was decorated perfectly for the holidays which gave it extra charm! The swim spa was great for the kids with the ability to heat it quickly even though it was very cold outside. I only wish the weather would have been a bit warmer during our stay to take more advantage of some of the awesome patio space. We would definitely book again!

Beautiful Place

Movie Room is a must and the screened in porch was great other than the door needs fixed because we had daily racoon visits inside it. We did not feed it. Over all a great place and will likely rebook it.

Pigeon Forge

There were a few mechanical issues with a toilet the stove the water heater. All were investigated quickly, although not in all cases repaired, due to warranty issues, etc. All in all it was a very nice stay and we would definitely return again if the opportunity presented itself. The process for reservation and payment was extremely easy. Thank you.

Grand Mountain Getaway not so Grand and would like to get away from it for how much we paid.

We were there for my nephew’s baseball tournament at the Ripken experience ballpark. Location was great, close to everything. The house is big and beautiful but needs to be deep cleaned and much needed maintenance. The basement shower head and the upstairs bedroom faucet was broken. There was a hole behind the toilet in the loft bedroom. As well as the basement bedroom the bathroom toilet seat was not clipped in and kept falling off.The shower in the basement one head was not working maintenance took the turner off so no one used it. The grill burners was not working, one of the prongs on the electric skillet was broken off, the knives are dull, no big frying pans, we had no internet service for 4 days, the furniture was dusty, the outdoor patio was full of spider webs, the pond water in the front of the house was cloudy, the jacuzzi cover looked like a raccoon ate through it, and the dryer only worked on the towel setting. Spider webs were everywhere bed sheets were questionable if cleaned. Also we never received the bracelets needed to use the community pool that the HOA required. Ronda from Stony Brook Cabin management company compensated us by giving 12 free tickets to a mountain roller coaster.

Disappointed

There was a fire in the outlet.We were extremely disappointed about the fire for one because they said we were lucky and that it could have been really bad. We also were disappointed that the pool spa wasn’t ready when we arrived. There were certain things that didn’t work properly. The dryer kept stopping and giving an error message. One of the showers in the lower level didn’t work. The hot water in one of the upstairs bathroom sink was broken when they came to fix it after we reported it it was turned and a constant run could not turn it off. The pool table had to be fixed.We reported the front screen door hinge came apart and they didn’t fix it. We had to put batteries in remotes to make them work. We had to put batteries in the basketball game to make it work.

We'll Be Back

The property is beautiful, but not as secluded as it looked. No one is on top of you, so this wasn't a problem for us. We had 16 in our group and were not crowded. It says sleeps 35, that would be crowded. The property was between 5 and 15 minutes form anything and everything we were wanting to do. We'll be back.

Great location close to the local restaurants and activities. House is beautiful but many of the appliances, arcade games etc are dated and didn’t work. Checkin was easy and management team were very friendly and helpful.

Great for large family and kids

Took my kids and grandkids(total of 21) for 1 nights to celebrate my 60th bday and honor my mom who passed away a month ago. 11 kids were from 1-10 years old. House was perfect. Especially the game room and large side yard. Truly like being at a lodge with amenities to keep us busy without leaving the property. But still close to the parkway to pick up pizza. Was great

Beautiful Cabin Close to Everything

Our family of 12, ranging in age from 74-8, spent a wonderful week enjoying this fantastic cabin and all that the area has to offer. The cabin is very clean; the kitchen well stocked with everything you need to cook or bake. We greatly appreciated the almost pristine condition of the pots, pans, etc. The swim spa was just big enough to take a quick dip on a hot day, but a very nice community pool is just down the hill from the cabin for those seeking to enjoy a swim in a larger pool. The cabin is just a short drive to the national park, Dollywood, shopping, and fun activiites.

Perfect Getaway

The cabin was as pictured on the website. Located just a few minutes from town, yet tucked away in a private corner. The house accommodated 14 adults without issue. The swim spa and steam showers were a plus. Huge theatre and game room, top notch kitchen appliances, wonderful outdoor enclosed seating area with fireplace. We would most definitely stay again!

Great other than Maintenance

Cabin was clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured! The location was also perfect with extremely easy access to the parkway. This would have been a 5-star review if it had not been for a maintenance fiasco. Upon arrival, we noticed that the air conditioning wasn't working for over half the cabin. After contacting the office, the on-call maintenance man was extremely difficult to get ahold of, never showed up at the cabin, lied to us about how/when repairs would be completed, and then left us as the guests to deal with the 3rd party HVAC technician the following morning. The office staff was extremely helpful in trying to rectify the situation and have offered a refund for the first night of our stay.

Family Vacation

The house was gorgeous! Our extended family of 13 each had the space and privacy needed for the week while also having the common areas to accommodate everyone together. We could comfortably eat meals together, play games in the game room, watch a movie in the theater or relax in the hot tubs! Convenient to the attractions in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Smokey Mountain National Park. Would definitely recommend and consider doing this again! A week filled with memories.
