Great stay!

Perfect Location

Nick's place is very close to Kierland for restaurants and shopping and in a quiet neighborhood. Close freeway access makes it a great N. Scottsdale location. Clean house and easy communication with the owner. Everything was great.

Perfect location

We loved the location and access to hiking. The property was also great in terms of its access to grocery shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was nice to walk around and see the native plants and birds. Would recommend this as a nice place to stay when visiting the area.

Work trip

We were in Scottsdale to exhibit at the Barrett Jackson auction. The house was within a ten minute drive and was perfect after a long day working. Clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood.

Good -NO PROBLEMS. Two sets of keys would have made things easier. HOUSE KEEPING WAS GOOD, BUT THEY NEED TO VACUME UNDER THE HEAVY COUCHES.. Land shaping was fair. OTHERWISE EVERY THING WAS FINE AND Thank you.

Wonderful place to stay in Phoenix

The home was very nice and comfortable and in a great location. Easy access to the 101, 51 and 17. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Quite updated with a very nice back yard. Equipped with everything you would ever need. The only thing I would suggest is maybe larger beds in 2 of the bedrooms. Otherwise a great place to stay.

My stay was exceptional and this house felt like home the minute I walked in the door. The home is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. I was here for 30 days and loved the home and neighborhood.

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

Clean cozy home in a great northeast location on a quiet residential street. Loved having an attached garage to pull into at night. Easy self serve check in. Nick(the host) was kind and responsive when I needed some help. Nicely equipped kitchen /family room . Tons of linens and towels. This house has pretty much everything you might need.

Wonderful rental

This is our second stay at this property and we are never disappointed. This house is in a very nice quiet neighborhood close to shopping and everything you need. The owner is easy to communicate with and you can tell he takes great pride in this property. It is immaculate and has a well stocked kitchen plenty of everything for cooking. Walk in buy your groceries and you are ready for vacation. We love staying here and will always check availability when coming to Scottsdale. Love that everything is on one floor and the large garage is an extra plus. Would rate this 10 ⭐️.

Wonderful accommodations

What a wonderful property in a lovely neighborhood. Close to shopping , dining and everything. Nick was a wonderful host and gave a quick response to a minor detail. It truly was like being at home. This rental is spotless and all appliances are new recently. One could walk in here go to the grocery store and start cooking this property is very well stocked with everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and and the house is furnished very nicely. Lovely back patio and the landscaping is very tasteful. The large garage is a real bonus not having to leave your vehicle in the drive. This is one of the top rentals we have stayed in and would rent again if it is available when we are here. It is apparent that nick takes great pride in this property with cleanliness and upkeep. I would go beyond a 5 star rating and give this a 10.

For the second year in a row we selected this great house. Kitchen supplies and 2 car garage were key to us, and a couple nice firm mattresses make for a great visit!
