Hello - had issues with the hot tub/pool with heater and overflow - we had pre-paid for heater as well. Owner was responsive for the first few days and then nothing. The house does need a good cleaning, lights in the kitchen are very dusty, there are dead bugs in the window sills in the living area, the theatre room system goes on throughout the night. The video games are worn down, but working. Lots of towels for pool and bathroom! Some of the bowls and plates were chipped, left them just in case. Did have lots of serving bowl options. I did reach out to see if there was a crock pot, was told there was not, and there was one there, which was great. Great appliances for larger meals. Grill area was awesome. The pool toys/floaties that were left, do need to be gone through and some thrown, not clean or in good shape, we did buy some and left them for others to use. Hot water and pressure was awesome!
