"The house was clean and welcoming in a quiet neighborhood. We were comfortable during this season of cold mornings and hot afternoons as the furnace/AC unit easily transitioned from heat to cool.This is a convenient location when exploring the east side of Mesa and an easy commute to the Phoenix airport.The owner readily responds to any questions or concerns."

"This property was great for me and my two dogs and for my visiting nieces and nephews (Ages 6, 11, 12). Super-clean, convenient to everything, a lovely local park a half mile away, very walkable residential neighborhood with shopping and food within a mile. The fully walled-in grassy backyard was great for the pups, and the patio, with grill and food-prep area was lovely.
