Let me start by saying that our stay was pleasant and COZY. I think these pictures were taken when this was just remodeled, they do not reflect what the properties actual condition is, which I would describe as nice but slightly run down. In pic it shows vibrant walls, bright bedding and purple couch. That’s not what we got. The unit is very clean, but little things disappoint, such as a toilet seat that is crooked, a shower floor pan that needs cleaning or replaced, among other small things. Outside did not have the greenery or lighting at base of fence. The front/backyard both had weeds that were a good 12-18. The corn hole is very old and weathered. I should have checked street view, but the location is a 1 out of 10. My wife didn’t feel comfortable going outside. This property is probably one of the best looking properties on the street, but the area is questionable at best. If my kids were with me we would have left. If the property looked like the pictures, the only thing we would have docked points would be location, everything would have been a 10. Even if current conditions were represented I would have given better scores because I would have known what I was walking into. Host was great, all amenities were there. They should take new pictures to reflect current conditions. Everything about this place could be a 10 accept location, which they can’t do anything about. All the 10/10 reviews that simply say it’s a great place seem a bit staged.
