Absolutely enjoyed ourselves. My older two were able to catch up with their friends while the little one and I enjoyed the pool. Beautiful home and hope to come back soon.

Great home with plenty of space

When everything goes right, it's easy to write a review. This 4 bedroom home has it all and easily accommodated 6 adults. Plenty of towels and linens and kitchen is well stocked. (Spatula and casserole dish were only things missing 🙂) The check in process was a breeze and hostess responded quickly. Lots of local amenities and restaurants. Friendly neighborhood. You will not be disappointed.

Great house centrally located

House was very roomy for 8 adults. Heated pool was warm most of the time in the 80s. Pool mechanical units were pretty noisy outside of master. Unable to adjust master bath shower head which was like needles. Lots of items in the pantry to use. Lots of bulbs out! Very dusty inside. Mattresses need to be replaced except master. But very fun time for all!

3 couples and a single mostly retired high school friends enjoyed a trip to phoenix for golf and sightseeing. This house was a good spot to relax at after our busy days.

Nice Thanksgiving getaway

The house was well stocked and everything in working order. There is plenty of cookware, and nice dishes in the kitchen for our Thanksgiving cooking needs. I love the big heavy duty coffee cups too. We enjoyed having Netflix on the TV and the heated pool as well. The upstairs laundry room is super convenient as well. Communication with owners was very responsive to all questions. Thanks for a great week.

Family Christmas holiday

We just got back from a 2 week stay. The house was accurately described. It was clean and well stocked. We appreciated the basics, such as toilet paper, soap, detergent. It was nice to not have to run to the store immediately, after a long day of travel. The house is very roomy and comfortably fit our family. I would reccomend this house and definitely stay there again.

Great Phoenix Visit

Property was as listed. Very spacious and great for our family of 6. There is a daily fee to heat the pool that was not noted in the listing. All furnishings and beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to cook meals. Location was convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Downtown Phoenix was around 25-30 mins away.

Spacious Home in Quiet Neighborhood

We were visiting for spring training and this home was very convenient to Surprise Stadium as well as the Westgate Entertainment District. It is located in a very walkable neighborhood. This spacious home has 3 large gathering areas and a huge master suite. All areas of this home were very well appointed with anything you would need during your stay, including games and activities for kids of all ages. We appreciated the excellent communication from Chris prior to and during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Had a very nice time in this beautiful home. Room for everyone to find their own space when they wanted it. I love to walk and this area was perfect for that. Christer was awesome in helping me out with any questions I had.. Would stay here again..

Excellent home in the west valley of Phoenix and great value. You can always tell when the homeowner takes the time for the little things that the home is going to be all that it was advertised and more. Really appreciated the size and the two large TV viewing areas, room for everyone to enjoy some space if need be, the beds and pillows were much above average, always hate to rent and then find that the beds are very uncomfortable, not the case here. Backyard was great for entertaining and nice pool, kitchen was well laid out and contained everything needed for the cook in the family. With the bedrooms, size and layout, this house would be great for a golf foursome, and some really nice courses close by (Raven Verrado, Estrella Mountain, Wigwam). Overall, this house was an "A" and I recommend it highly.

Beautiful house!

My family and I spent 6 nights in this house and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations including the pool area are spectacular! The owners were easy to deal with and so very accommodating. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Great house.

Spent 4 weeks at this house. The location is great for spring training games, golf and shopping. The kitchen could use a few more serving dishes, crockpot, and cookie sheet. There are plenty of spaces in the house to get away for quiet time. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. Christer was easily accessible. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Wonderful house!

Our 10 night stay was absolutely perfect. The house is spacious, immaculate and well furnished throughout with all the things you need for your stay. Great location for getting around to all the places of interest, quiet neighbourhood lovely heated pool and BBQ area. Christer was so responsive to all our questions and made our stay completely hassle free. Will be back!

gorgeous house!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this gorgeous house as it was comfortable, spacious, super clean, nicely furnished, with beautiful backyard where you could pick a tangelo from the tree and great pool with temperature control. This house had everything we needed. We felt like at home. The area around the house is nice and quiet. We arrived by car, so we were happy to use the huge garage space, it was very convenient. We would happily stay there again the next time we are in Phoenix! Thanks so much for hospitality! We loved it!

Great place

My friends and I came here last summer and stayed for over a week. The house was all we could've asked for – so comfortable, clean, organized and beautiful. The owner was so easy to work with and made sure everything was as we requested. We swam a lot every day in the nicely heated pool. We did a lot of cooking both inside in the beautiful kitchen and outside on the grill, and it was lovely to BBQ, especially while watching the sunset and enjoying a glass of wine. All the rooms are very nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. It is close enough to activities and shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommend this for vacation rental.

Excellent Home and Location

We rented this home for a week in November 2015. From the VRBO pictures you do not realize how big the house is until you arrive. Even though there were 5 adults and 2 children we still didn't use all of the living spaces available. The house is fully equipped, clean and in a great safe location. It is close to shopping, great restaurants and just a short drive to football and hockey facilities. Neighbours are friendly and provided us with directions to 2 nearby playgrounds for the kids. The pool area is fantastic and the pool heating worked great, we needed it. BBQ and patio area is also very nice. Also the owners were very good to work with and responded promptly to our questions before we arrived and while we were there. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to friends and family.

Fantastic in all respects

We stayed for a week as two families of 3 (each with a young child). The house was massive with three large separate living spaces. All bedrooms were large and the closets could each easily fit a play pen. The pool is amazing and if you go for the extra heating cost, he definitely doesn't skimp on the temperature. The whole set up of the house and backyard was fantastic. It was great to have some basic cooking foods like spices, oils and spreads available for use. Everything you could possibly need was there. I had a couple simple things I needed help with and he was super quick to answer and help me out. The house is a great set up for young children as well because there are not a lot of knick-knacks around for kids to get into.The location in proximity to "sites" is also great. Really easy to find and quick access to the freeway. Neighbourhood is quite and super well kept. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Place

Our first impression upon seeing the house was " WOW" . That feeling stayed with us for the entire two weeks of our vacation. The VRBO pictures , while helpful don't fully describe the roominess of this house and yard. We were 5 adults and 2 children aged 2 & 4 and we all had a wonderful time. The house is well stocked , we were 15 for Easter dinner and didn't use the dining room . The patio is shaded throughout the day and the pool was perfect , we could not keep the children out of the water. The neighbourhood is quiet with 2 playgrounds nearby. Streets have sidewalks for walking and bike lanes. All kinds of grocery (Costco) - liquor ( BevMo ) stores are within a five mile radius . We played golf @ Wigwam & Villa de Paz however several other courses are nearby. The owner's communications and instructions are timely and helpful. We received our damage deposit back within a week . Highly recommended.

Fabulous HOme

Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful home you have in Goodyear. The pictures on VRBO do not do it justice. We have never found a rental place so well stocked and beautiful. My entire family was thrilled with the location, the size, the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, everything. Was also very pleased with how our only issue (trash barrels full soon as we arrived) was handled. Sorry to say but we cannot find anything to complain about, LOL. Would and will recommend you and your home to anyone travelling that way. The pool was the biggest hit with our 8yr old granddaughter. She never wanted to do anything all week but be in the pool. Had to promise she could get in everytime we left to try and do some other things (like Grand Canyon and Cinti Red game). Thank you so much, Paquette Family

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this house and loved everything about it. The owner was very interactive and helpful going above and beyond our expectations for quick responses and meaningful answers to our numerous questions. First and foremost, the house and yard were kept very clean! It was also well maintained, comfortable, and stocked with everything we could possibly need and conveniently located within blocks of grocery stores with late hours. The location was perfect for everyone in the family with golf, sporting events, shopping, the zoo, botanical gardens and multiple day trip opportunities to various places everyone found something they wanted to do. Regardless of your hobbies/interests there will be something close by to suit your needs. The lighted pool and comfortable patio was a perfect way to end the hot days we spent shopping and golfing nearby. The margarita maker was really an added bonus we didn’t expect but was certainly a nice touch. The house has three separate sitting areas (family room, sitting room and upstairs loft) which means you can always find a quiet area in the event you need to get away from the crowd and relax for a few minutes. I would have no hesitation in recommending this house to golf groups and families with children. There are no disappointments here! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Mike R. and family
