The house worked for us for a few reasons. Location was great, very close to shopping and restaurants ( Kierland a mile away). The neighborhood was quiet. The hosts were very responsive before we got there and through check in but when we mentioned that the outdoor furniture was very dirty and the pool was dirty, no response until after we checked out. It could be that it hadn't been rented in while but we didn't appreciate having to clean off the chairs in order to sit around the fire pit.Other than that, the house was comfortable, kitchen well stocked and a very nice stay.

The house was beautiful with many amenities and the location was close to everything. The house was immaculately clean. Darlene was quick to respond when I had questions. I also got a courtesy call at check-in. The whole family enjoyed playing pool, pac-man and foosball. Thanks for a great stay.

A wonderful stay!

The host was in constant communication from the start, helping us with everything we needed to get the whole family comfortable. Beautiful place and well-stocked kitchen! We will stay here again the next time we are in Scottsdale

Perfect setup, great location, lots of fun!

This property was setup perfectly and had everything you need to have a great time. Having the pool and hot tub heated made the vacation - and they don’t gouge on the cost like so many others do. Lots of umbrellas (heavy) to roll around and give shade where needed. We bought a couple cheap floaties from Walmart and soaked up the sun in the pool! My wife loved the location near the Kierland golf course and dog park for scenic and morning walks with our pup. Great location. Close to the action, but easy to escape to the north to quieter, more laid back towns like Cave Creek.

Exceeds expectations!

This property was everything I had hoped it would be and more. I booked this home for a family stay over the 4th of July holiday and it exceeded my expectations. The home is fully stocked with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay in a home away from home! I would highly recommend and would book again without hesitation!

Great Property and Great Location

We were in town for the final 4 and had my young kids with us and a few other adults. Property was great for hanging out and cooking on the grill. The inside game room was also fun! Kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms were all nice.

Family Thanksgiving

My extended family enjoyed the house for 4 nights. There was plenty of room for 3 families to spread out. There was plenty for everyone to enjoy including ping pong, pool table, outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi , plus more!!! The company that owned the house was very responsive to our requests. I would highly recommend this house!

Great Property for Groups

There were nine adults and one infant including teens and this house was perfect. Management was responsive and addressed all need’s immediately. We cooked a lot at home and the kitchen was well equipped to do-so. We will definitely stay here again.

Paradise Lane

Really was a 5 star property. Communication with the company and the property manager was seamless. They were always very prompt answering an inquiry or attending to any issue. The house was very clean and accommodated our group easily. I appreciated how crisp and clean the linens were--no bulky comforters that are difficult to launder. There was plenty to keep all entertained, from putting green, bean bag toss, ms pac man game, pool table, foosball and ping pong to swimming pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and attractive. The location is great with easy access to Kierland Commons and to the 101. Grocery stores within 10 minutes. What I really appreciated was the communication. There are always maintenance issues that pop up but we never had to wonder if our message was received or if it was going to be taken care of. Always friendly prompt responses. We would certainly rent this property again.

We spent 9 days here over Thanksgiving and we all loved this property. Many ways to entertain all of us, both at the property as well as the surrounding area. Our adult children, my husband and myself found the home very inviting, it was even better than I had envisioned from the description! Hands down, I’d come back to this property or trust this company with any of their other properties.
