The home was clean and spacious. Things that could be improved is in the kitchen. It wasn't well stocked. No casserole dishes, nothing to mix a cake mix or able to bake anything. Maybe a hand mixer. It took a while to try to find all the pieces to the blender. There's a bunch of random parts. Only 2 cookie sheets and neither would fit in the smaller oven. The oven temp seems off. The shower head in guest room near master was very hard. We had to barely turn the water on. Also, there was only one spare toilet paper. We had to steal from the half bath. The bulky bedframe in guest bedroom is same color as floor and we kept running into it. Had to place a towel around the corner. One guest has a large bruise from hitting it. Also no reachable plug in that room. An extension cord would be great. The outdoors is beautiful, but the umbrella for the table is broken and wouldn't go all the way up. The hot tub has missing headrests and rusted parts. Everything else was fine. We had a great weekend playing card games half the night and enjoying the outdoor while the weather is good.

The house was even better than we were expecting, it was great for our girls weekend getaway. The house is huge and the rooms had everything. The loaction was so close to everything but just far enough away where we felt safe and comfortable

This house was perfect for the 5 of us! The pool and hot tub were nice. The kitchen was full of all the things we needed for making dinner. The neighborhood is quiet. The tv room was comfortable, the beds were very cozy! The host answered any questions we had, I would highly recommend this property!

6 adults and an 8 month old gathered for my son's 30th birthday and we had a blast.As a family, we love to cook and the kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental property. Lots of space if people wanted quiet time and fabulous communal areas.Whilst the pool is not big, it was perfect for our needs- the 8 month old loved splashing in his 'floatie'. Quick responses from Mark-a broken sun umbrella was replaced within an hour of reporting it.Although it did not detract from our enjoyment, the shower shared by 2 of the bedrooms was poor- so the occupants used the master bedroom shower, which was great. Also, for a house that sleeps up to 10, there was only the dinning table that had sufficient chairs for the 6 of us to eat together. The outside table had 5 chairs, the outdoor bar had 4 stools and the high table in the games room could only seat 4.However, a wonderful house that we will definitely stay in again (daughter-in-law is from Phoenix and so visits are likely to be regular).

Excellent place. Would rent again. Location is perfect for golf and close to restaurants and shopping. Some carpeting was stained in movie room and bedroom and need replacing but the property manager indicated they were being replaced with tile. Small black bugs were in shared bathroom area that may need attention but the property manager was responsive. Otherwise the house was a great rental and otherwise clean. We would rent it again.

Casa Paradiso exceeded our expectations. House was larger than expected, and very well appointed. But, let’s face it, the pool was better than all this - it was simply perfect!This place is a gem. You won’t be disappointed

4 guys playing golf. Perfect house. 4 BRs, plenty of room, everything worked and everything we needed was there. Great location for what we were doing. Close to grocery store and places to eat. One small problem that could have waited, but owner had someone there early next day to fix it. Owners were great in their communication and responses. Hope to stay there next year!

Perfect Vacation Home

If time would allow, I'd go back in a heartbeat. The house was so spacious and well appointed. The backyard was beautiful and so inviting. Our hosts were attentive and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. They made our stay a priority, making sure our visit was the best it could be. And it truly was, and we are so grateful. The house felt like home in Paradise. All vacationers should feel so lucky.

Great house

4 man golf trip. House was perfect. Great big open spaces, clean and close to everyone in North Scottsdale. We ate out every meal, but the kitchen is gourmet and large. Owners were very clear and communicative. Rent without reservation.

Beautiful oasis back yard for fun.

We stayed almost 5 weeks and enjoyed ourselves with a spacious home that worked out great for friends and family. The backyard oasis was fabulous. And the fire table was comfy on cooler evenings. We highly recommend this house for large groups or small. The management staff was always responsive and helpful with our questions. Looking forward to our next stay soon.

4 generations and this house was perfect. We enjoyed the waterfall pool to teach the 2 year old to swim. My son-in-law taught me how to play pool on the pool table on the social room. The little one was able to watch TV in the 3 seat lounger/couch. “Theater Room”. The 2 bedrooms on one side of the house were very large with their own bathrooms. The 2 on the other side had a shared common bathroom but that was just fine for us. 1 room had a King and the other had 2 beds. (I am not sure what size)The laundry room was nice to use. Large washer and dryer. We appreciated the high chair and pack and play for sleeping. We put it in the very very large master bath closet. We used the hot tub and loved it. We would def stay again. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Back yard was private. The kitchen was well stocked and nice. We did cook a lot. Driving was nice because everything we wanted was easy to get to, and the traffic pace was not combat. We really enjoyed the zoo.I would rent this again and look more into snow birding in Scottsdale. We have been looking for a town. I think the comfort/quiet and serenity of this house helped give us a good vibe for the area.

Arizona adventure

This property is beautiful and has plenty of space for a family or 4 / 5 couples . We checked it out just for the two of us thinking we would go back with all our adult kids later if we liked it. From the start the briefing of the owners let it be known that their staff and their duties of the property were more important to them then their customers so I felt any comments or concerns during our actual stay were fruitless. Hot tub needs to be replaced , period . Plus, Please don’t say it’s clean water when it hasn’t been changed the lid is so old and ripped and sun dried that it affects the actual smell of the water or the water was just that old ? The propane tanks were empty for the fire pit which the manual says it’s up to the client to fill but honestly that’s really inconvenient for any tourist. The extra cost given to us to heat the pool when we have to actually remove and replace all the plastic pieces to help maintain that little bit of heat was also undesired and inconvenient. Things get missed by owners like the sharpness on the master bed rails. When you’re there for hiking and you cut your foot it’s not good. The dishwasher wire racks are worn to just rusty wires just like the hot tub speakers in places . There’s not a dish cloth in the house nor a plug for either the kitchen or laundry sinks ? Level the fridge, it doesn’t stay closed. I honestly hope this helps the owners make it better for others .
