The property has great outdoor spaces with shade to play tennis and pickleball, and swim in a fun pool with pool toys. The house had nice amenities, toys and games for kids. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Host was great. The outdoor space was a lot of fun. The house is in need of some work though (particularly in the kitchen), and the hot tub water needs to be changed (lots of black floaty bits).Inside: the keurig handle is broken, the dishwasher isn’t attached to the cabinet and falls out when open, only two spots on the cooktop work (the others are unresponsive), the toaster oven won’t get up to temp, and none of the sheet pans fit inside it. The kitchen sinks both leak, and the island nozzle needs rebuilt or replaced. The master bath drain plug doesn’t work. All of the pans are flaking off the nonstick coating, and were dirty.We had a great time though!!! Just thought you might like to know about the issues. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here - it was like our own little resort and we made use of every single one of the amenities which was so fun! It is a house that the owners seem to live in when it's not rented so it is not bare bones: it has a good selection of spices, sunscreen, games, pool toys, etc. The owner was very responsive and the house was clean and comfortable. It's close to restaurants and a grocery store. Check out requires stripping the beds and putting bedding and towels in the laundry room, emptying the garbage and recycling to the curb - I thought a little more than normal on the checkout list. The backyard made the house a fantastic rental!

We loved this house! It was very thoughtfully laid out and had plenty of space for our family to spread out and have fun! The backyard tennis court was especially loved by our family and we enjoyed alternating between pickleball games and time in the pool. Communication with the host was timely and clear and the space was clean and well appointed!

Perfect Place for a Friends Getaway Weekend

This house was absolutely perfect for a girl's getaway weekend! The backyard was the highlight - we had so much fun playing tennis and using the pool, amongst other activities. Great outdoor sitting area too for hanging out. Everything was clean and spacious in the house. Great location - easy to drive to nearby hikes, and to drive or uber to downtown Scottsdale. The owners were excellent about communication and answering any questions we had before and during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Great place - needs a little updating

The place was amazing for a family. Lots of room. Very nice interior and everything you need to stay in and have lots of activities for all ages.The one knock is that the outdoor furniture is very dirty. The cushions on the couches and chairs are severely stained and feel very yucky. Inside the furniture is great. So the outdoor cushions just don't match the rest of the house. For the price, I would suggest you replace the outdoor cushions and then it would be a five-star review.

Great house - everything you need.

We spent spring break with 2 families. 5 kids (14-17) and 4 adults. Plenty of room and tons to do. Centrally located to everything. Restaurants, golf, hiking, baseball stadiums. We had such an amazing trip.The house has tons of room and very clean. Most impressed with the amenities. Kitchen is FULLY stocked, plenty of soap, toilet paper and paper towels. All those things you shop for day one are already stocked within the house. Pool toys, rafts, tennis rackets, balls are also supplied. We were extremely happy with this house and highly recommend.

Celebration of Life/Famile Reunion

The house was perfect for a small gathering to reminisce and honor Grandma. The weather was beautiful which allowed us to fully enjoy all of the properties outdoor amenities, tennis, pickle ball, shuffle board and even the pool. Thankful for a great place to enjoy some much needed family time together.

Family Christmas trip

Owners were great to work with in planning our stay. The backyard with pool, hot tub, pickleball and shuffleboard was perfect. Young children were able to take naps while the adults had plenty to do without leaving the house. Close to many things including good restaurants. We had trouble getting the outdoor fire pits to work, and in operating the tv in the great room. These were minor. The owners were very responsive when we asked for the pool temp to be turned up. We would definitely return.

Great house

We have an annual guys trip to Phoenix and stayed at this house for 4 nights. There were 6 of us and there was a lot of room with a number of beds. We had a great trip and spent most of the time outside playing tennis and in the pool. This is the best pool we have had in our years going to Phoenix. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to coming back.

Wonderful stay!

Our extended family had such a fantastic stay at little Wimbledon! The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed (and more). The kids were busy non-stop from the pool to tennis to pickleball to shuffleboard and back to the pool. Highly recommend this place for any family!

Fantastic Home For a Family

So many great activities for all ages. The kids and the adults all loved it. Very clean, very comfortable, and an excellent location. A wonderful home with the perfect amenities. We would absolutely stay here again. Property manager was great with all communication and made the entire process very smooth.

A Perfect Weekend!

We chose this property as it met the needs for our group of 11. Tennis/pickle ball court/great pool/15 minute cab to Old Town. Our stay was excellent and exactly what we hoped for. It was the little things that made it great. This included: 1) Their willingness to be there to put away our grocery order so the fridge was stocked when we arrived. 2) A thoughtful extra touch of providing extra pool floaties. 3) A well stocked kitchen with extra coffee for relaxing mornings.i just got home yesterday, and I already want to return. 4) Communication from the initial booking to checkout was prompt, thorough, and friendly.
