The host was most welcoming and attentive to our every need. We had many questions about minor issues. Our host, Jon, was responsive, thoughtful and pro-active and immediately returned calls and texts before and during our stay. The house was well stocked, clean, ready to use, in a quiet neighborhood away from a busy street but still easily accessible to Thunderbird. 5-7 minutes away from shopping at big box stores and only minutes away from several excellent restaurants. A welcoming bottle of wine was an especially nice touch. While we did not use the heated pool, we enjoyed eating from the orange tree and lemon tree and using the putting green. The kitchen was well stocked, This three bedroom, two bath units met all our needs was also well stocked with bath towels, pool towels etc. There is ample garage space plus a modern washer and dryer. My wife was happy and therefor I was happy.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Turquoise House in Scottsdale! We highly recommend it for anyone coming to the area. Our host Jonathan was extremely responsive, and the house was very clean-spotless. Everything is within minutes so you can absolutely ‘live like a local.’ Golf, hiking, shopping all within minutes! For anyone looking for an amazing property with a truly exceptional host you cannot go wrong with the Turquoise House—5 stars all the way!

A Great Family Stay in Phoenix

Golf and Pool time

Met friends for some R&R in Scottsdale. This property is very centrally located. Easy on the 51, 101,202. Close to DT Scottsdale. Plenty of golf options. Maybe the best equipped and organized VRBO I have rented. We will be back!

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed the home. It was very clean and well supplied. The kitchen had everything we needed, and then some. The house was perfect for meeting friends there. The putting green and cornhole game got well used during our stay. The weather was not nice enough to use the pool, but it was very clean. We used the BBQ several times. The beds were a bit too firm for our tastes. Having the option of a foam topper would be an added benefit to consider. We have used those at other VRBO rentals. They had extra blankets which came in handy on the cold nights. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the property previously. Enjoyed the stay again. Helpful and responsive host. Great neighborhood/location and backyard/poll area. Lot’s of amenities, particularly compared to most short term rentals. Nicely updated place, though a bit of wear in some places/amenities.

Perfect House!

If you are searching for a vacation house in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area I fully recommend staying at this property. The house has been fully renovated and is super nice and modern inside. The owner Jonathan is great to communicate with and the house is fully stocked with supplies that you may need. The pool is great and its nice to have the putting green in the back which the kids enjoyed. The neighbourhood is quiet and very safe. We would definitely go back to this property. Thank-you Jonathan for having us!

We loved our stay in this home. The home was well stocked with everything needed, and then some. The host was very prompt with communications, and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was excellent. We love the quiet location of the home. It was nice to get up in the morning and be able to go for a nice walk or bike ride without all of the traffic. The pool was wonderful albeit cold, but the host was able to help with heating the pool to make it much more comfortable. Of all of the VRBO‘s that we have stayed in over the last several years, this has been our favorite. When we are in Scottsdale, visiting my son, and his wife again, we will definitely stay here again.

Every vacation rental should be like this, fully stocked house, so nice not to have to go out shopping for personal supplies as soon as you arrive somewhere, great house, super clean, quiet neighborhood, nice pool although we didn’t use it, less than 15 minutes to most anywhere you’d want to eat or shop, great communication with the renter, easy check in, garage is a big plus. Book with confidence!! We could only wish that every rental in the world would follow what they have here

The perfect house for a family holiday

This house was fantastic. Well stocked, clean, and spacious. The outdoor space is awesome. Perfect for the whole family. We celebrated thanksgiving with family here and everyone loved it. Jonathan was great, responsive, and even helped accommodate when little ones needed a nap. My wife has said we’ll stay here instead of a hotel next time we come. Can’t recommend the house enough.

Phenomenal Vacation

We had a phenomenal trip at the Turquoise House. The host was EXTREMELY helpful and responsive. The property was just as expected, as well as very organized and clean. We've stayed in many, many properties and this is the best stocked kitchen we've ever seen. Every appliance was there, the turquoise theme was adorable and the kitchen appliances were very nice. The backyard is VERY big for this location. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The location in general was also nice with great access to a variety of different Scottsdale areas and restaurants. We would return 100% and appreciate the wonderful hosts.

BEST HOME I'VE RENTED IN SCOTTSDALE

The entry was very easy. Jonathan is a true professional at being a thoughtful hotelier. There were knives, spices, basic pantry items and storage bags. I truly dislike paying for a house just to discover that if I want to make gravy, I have to go shopping first. The neighborhood is very quiet: a must for me. It's but nine minutes from Mayo clinic, a straight shot up 56th. The pillows were a struggle for me as I usually bring my own, but we slept very well on the king mattress. Jonathan took care of 2 requests I had before I arrived. I hope to be able to rent this property again.
