Overall, the hose was nice to stay at, and the features listed at the property were enjoyable, but we had a few issue with the property/management. When we first arrived out code did not work, and we ended up calling and got a different temporary code pretty quickly. The two showers in the house were difficult to turn on/off or had a very weird temperature adjustment. The shower pan in the main bedroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months of not more. The pool had so much chlorine in it that Any white on bathing suits turned bright green. The worst was that on our second day, they had remotely changed the range that the AC could be set to so that the lowest we could set it to was 83 degrees…in August…in Mesa. They were not responding on Zillow (at 4 pm) and their 24 hour phone number was going straight to voicemail. They finally fixed the system on their end 4-5 hours later.

Party house

Over all check in and communication were great. This rental has definitely been used and abused. Multiple things broken and front door wide open at check in. House was great for a family. Pool was clean, hot tub worked, all games in the game room worked and pool table was a hit! I would stay there again, just be warned it has been used and a lot of things like doors, and fridge compartments are broken. Drawers in the kitchen don't slide out.

Fun space

Good - All the fun as shown in photos, kids and teens were busy the whole time. Location is nice and central. Communication was fast after a failed check in code. There was no big list of “to-dos” for us before leaving.Bad - hot tub was disgusting with scum all around the water line. Random person walked in the door and scaered my kids pretty good (later was told it was a mistake by the cleaning company)

Perfect for larger groups

We had a great stay with friends for a softball trip. The staff was very responsive with any small issues we had and rectified them right away. The house is large which made it great for each family to have their own space when needed. Would have loved a heated pool but talking with locals not many have them heated. We would stay here again.

Poor Communication

I tried to communicate through VRBO but the property would always send me an email or text. This was not helpful. I wanted all communication to come through the VRBO website. They had me verify my identity through there website and not through VRBO. When It came to getting into the property I had to request check in instructions. The code they gave me did not work and had to call them again. The door also did not lock from the outside. Overall this made my short stay frustrating. They also had someone come and service the hot tube while we were at the house.

Spacious and clean property. We appreciated that there was a bedroom separated from the others. We would recommend staying here.

Minimal hospitality and amenities

The house itself was fine and the kids enjoyed the games. We liked that rooms had king beds vs kings. However, be sure to note the pool is not heated and was absolutely freezing (we stayed in February so warmer months may be fine), we asked to cancel when we noticed this as it was the main point of or trip, but it was passed our refund window and they said we still have the hot tub. However, when we got there, the hot tub temperature wouldn’t adjust either. They did send someone to fix it, but it didn’t work. There also was the bare minimum left for us to use household wise- no floaties, no dish soap, ONE kitchen towel, no cleaner or wipes to wipe counters down, etc.

Family stay

This property is perfect for a big family with different ages. We had 10 people with 2 small kids and 2 teenagers and there was something for everyone to be entertained with.

Fun property

We stayed here over Thanksgiving. Lots of things to do as a group and fun for all ages. Great central location.

dealing with a business

Dealing with a business was not positive. They did not respond to a request for early check in until 2 hours before check in on the day. I so prefer dealing with a human as a host.

Run down and Urine

This property looked so cute in the pictures and seemed perfect for the weekend getaway for my friends 30th birthday. We showed up and the house smelt like dog urine. The doors into the game room are off the hinges and were hard to open. The coffee pot Was broken and made a huge mess all over the kitchen. Master bedroom closet doors were broken. Towel rings in the master bathroom fell off the wall and we had to put it back. The pool and hot tub were dirty and gross, we didn't even get to use the hot tub. The house was not stocked with any at all… Aluminum foil, Ziploc bags, scissors, bowls, or large plates for displaying food. We almost ruined dinner because the grill was so unkept that the oil at the bottom cut fire twice. Overall, really disappointed.

Wedding Season

Overall, the place is as advertised. Its been partied in quite a bit, you can tell. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall in the master bedroom, so did the shower door handle...you can tell they'd been knocked off previously and placed gently back. It was not super clean, the shower pans were gross, but the main areas were nice. If you have a large group, its perfect.

Great House!

We stayed at this house for our annual spring training trip. House was clean and offered a great space for all of us together and really enhanced our enjoyment of the weekend. We will definitely look to stay here again in the coming years
