The thermostat was locked, so I couldn’t adjust the heater when needed. Additionally, the upstairs bathroom did not have working cold water. If these issues were addressed, the stay would have been much better."

"El personal es muy rudo!! Las sábanas y cobijas quemadas por cigarros, el piso de la habitación súper pegosteoso, las toallas para bañarte son como si fuesen para manos, en malas condiciones el hotel en general, y no les gusta que te identifiques con pasaporte mexicano…"
