"All was good except for the shower, very poor water pressure which needs lots of improvement !"

"Nice and best location in Umina, near 4 mins walk to the beach. Shops within reach and helpful staff. Thanks for the complimentary drinks"

"It was clean and had what I needed, bed shower"

"Always a good place to stay. Parking was difficult as I had to park some distance away and carry luggage due to many vehicles parked and some area in front of the rooms taken by stacked pallets from there. I am older"

"Refused entry after payment with confirmation number, manager is untrustworthy, dishonest and a liar."

"Extremely disappointing, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was exceptionally small, and the bathroom was in an appalling condition, appearing poorly cleaned and maintained. "Good sized room, easy parking and clean. Good value for money."

"Very quite, clean and comfortable"

"I didnt like not having a parking spot when i arrived late at night , then parked in the street then worried about my expensive staff in my car so i brought it back in the carpark but i could only park in the disabled ."

The bathroom was modernised but smelled awful. The breakfast fridge was great. Noodles, yoghurt, cereal, fresh fruit, nut bars, flavoured milk,...

"The negative - had to fiddle with the float in the toilet cistern to get it working! Positives - friendly staff/towels changed daily/great location for what we required. This was our second visit (both times to attend a funeral). Would definitely return - but hope it is not in the short term (ie another funeral!)"

"Great place to stay"

"I booked two nights, I checked in, but I have chosen not to stay unfortunately."
