"While we were glad to find a place to stay that would accommodate our family for a reasonable price, we were disappointed in the cleanliness and overall property management. The sewer backed up in the basement, spilling into the carpet of the bedroom where people were sleeping. We contacted the host who did respond in a timely way but said he’d look into it after we left. Other concerns include the 40 rusty nails and other hardware we picked out of the back yard, ants on the kitchen counter and...

"Overall the house was clean. The heat/air works. The house is quite old. Communication and response with the maintenance company was poor. During our stay, ants in the kitchen prevented use of the counter, sink, and dishes."

"I stayed a week for graduation and a wedding, and it was not as good as advertised.There were mice in the basement and ants all over the kitchen. The property did not entirely look like the pics, maybe it’s because the property isn’t maintained very well after visits.I will not be staying there again when I’m in town visiting family."
