Nice, but needs more attention to cleanliness
The great things about the house:-attractive, comfortable furniture-very comfortable mattress-plenty of towels-lots of hangers (thanks!)-laundry baskets in each bedroom-washer and dryerThe less-than-great things:-the driveway has a deep hole near the street-when we arrived, the driveway was wet and muddy; the welcome mat was dirty and soaking wet, so we tracked mud into the house. There was no mat inside the door to wipe our feet.-the floors were dirty—once a mop was provided, I mopped the entire unit. If there was a cleaning crew, they did a terrible job.-house was dusty—knife holder, pot and pan lids, light bulbs in the bathroom, shelves in the linen closet -the stove was filthy -the bathroom tub and surround need to be replacedRecommendations:-provide more than a 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 11 days-provide more than one large trash bag-oven mitts would be helpful-provide at least one box of kleenex-Provide a sheet or binder with basic information/instructions about how to operate appliances, what to do about trash pickup, and expectations for checkout (should the beds be stripped; where to put used linens, etc.)-when there’s no dishwasher, PLEASE have the cleaning crew wash dishes and utensils. There were dishes and flatware with food on them.
