"Great location, actually perfect. You can see launches from Cape Canaveral as well as cruise ships from the property. Extra special because we could bring our furry family member with us, our little dachshund. Beds were comfy. Only suggestion would be to get comfortable couch and chair for living area as well as felt applied to bottom of dining chairs. Will definitely return."

"This was our 2 year staying in Rex’s condo. He is an excellent host. The condo has anything you callus need in the kitchen and then some. Check in is as easy as putting in your personal code given to you a couple days before arrival. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks for another great year at the beach!!! See you next year "
