My son and myself and my lab stayed at Paradise Beach Club . Hands down excellent property, waves, vibes and location . The property manger Christian and everyone at Happy Palm Stays were AWESOME! Highly recommend!

WOW!!!! I never thought I could afford to vacation at a 2 bedroom condo right on the beach but it was the same price as a regular double queen hotel room!! And this place was niiiiice- we loved the decor, fixtures, appliances, and furniture. Got a lot of ideas for our own house :). We brought our teenage daughter and her friend and we had plenty of privacy. Having 2 bathrooms was great. And the closets were big too. The view was just priceless. The entire wall facing the ocean was glass. You could open the sliding glass door and the sound of the waves just takes all of your worries far away. The manager was super friendly and greeted us every time we passed by, asking how we were doing but not in a nosy way at all. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, pots and pans. Tons of towels, lots of extra pillows even though there were lots already on the bed, extra blankets, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. If you are thinking about booking this place there is nothing to ponder! Do it!!!! It was even better than I imagined and believe me waiting for vacation at home in Wisconsin winter I was very excited. The only bad thing about the place was having to leave!!

Great view and location but not well kept

Let me start out by saying the location of this resort was amazing. The views of the ocean from the balcony were breathtaking. There is a pool that is over 6 foot deep at one end and there is no life guard at all. The unit was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. That being said the couch was horrible the leather or fake leather was peeling off. Every time you would sit on it you would have little pieces stuck to you. They would then be tracked all over the unit and we swept it up constantly. The second room does not have a tv of any kind. The DVD player in the living room was missing the HDMI chord so it could not be used unless we moved the chord from the cable box to the DVD player. The beds were comfortable except for the fact the master bed squeaked and wobbled every time we moved. I believe the frame needs to be replaced. I had to put in a maintenance call for a leak and it took over two hours to get a response.

Paradise Beach Club Resort is a well maintained community in a great beachfront location. The unit I rented was a bright, clean, two-story condo. I enjoyed ocean views and sounds directly from the unit. It was steps to the shore. There was a convenient sand shower.  Key features and amenities include: * Layout: Two-story unit with bedrooms upstairs. A helpful tip is to use the third-floor elevator and the secondary bedroom door to move luggage, avoiding the narrow internal staircase. * Comfort & Storage: The master bedroom offers ample storage and a comfortable tempur-pedic style bed, though the synthetic pillows may not suit everyone. * In-Unit Extras: Includes a washer/dryer and beach gear (though the chairs and umbrella show some wear). * Facilities: The resort features a warm pool and a very minimal fitness room (treadmill and elliptical only).

The resort was decent. It can use some updating. The bed wasn’t comfortable. The staff was nice and attentive.

The mattresses in both bedrooms belonged in a dumpster. Poorly decorated compared to other units we stayed in the same building in past years. TV remotes antiquated and difficult to use. Not good.

Miss-leading location

The apartment is old and tired and more importantly is not on Cocoa Beach it is around 8 miles away on Satellite Beach not nearly so nice be warned
