"Look up this location before booking. Neighbor is as bad as it can get. In the description it states mixed neighborhood. I walked in and 10 minutes later walked out. Had booked the place for 2 weeks and only stayed 10 minutes. Smelled like urine, and all the stains in the living room couch was awful to look at. Holes in the restroom floor and the window had broken blinds so anyone could look the the windows at night. The place should not be listed on any site, because of its non cleaness. In...

The location was excellent for what we needed , and after a long day away, it was a great place to return to. "Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest."

"Check in was easy. We received helpful videos showing each step of getting into the building.The unit was clean and neat. Even being next to a busy bar it was quiet. The backyard was nice in opening up the apartment. The shower had good pressure and the water gets hot quickly. The combo washing machine/dryer is very convenient.
