"House was updated with modern amenities, bathrooms were equipped with toiletries, towels and even bottles of water, and there was plenty of space to enjoy a vacation at the lake. The bed was firm and comfortable, and there was extra linens and air mattress for the kids to have their own bed. Everyone had a great time! "

"A very welcoming cottage! When we walked in, there was a welcome sign with our name in addition to snacks. They provided one tissue roll for 10 adults and 3 kids. Also running water smelled so bad that I had to run to store by supplies for house. I had to buy water for even wash our hands. I spent extra $200 for toilet papers, cleaning supplies, water. I didn't want to use any pots and pans because it was do bad. "

"You only learned after booking that the owner would be in the basement at all times and moving cars around constantly. That was not explained in the listing. "Cute, small and comfortable cabin overlooking Greenwood Lake. Spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the lake. Even made a Sunday trip driving into NYC, no problem, not much traffic early. Location convenient to small towns, everyone friendly. A great place to stay. "
