"The pictures do not show how the rooms are in reality. It's a small house and they just put some pieces of wood to make the "walls" for the rooms, there is no space or privacy. Never specified the shared bathroom. They should be honest about what they offer."

"El apartamento está en una de las mejores zonas de Miami Beach, a 1 cuadra de Española Way, hay de todo cerca, en cuanto a mobiliario hay todo lo que puedas necesitar en la habitación, el espacio es silencioso y tranquilo. "The property was run down, unkempt, and appeared unsafe. The check in procedure was unclear. The area was threatening. If I was a woman I would be terrified to spend a night here. I decided against trying to stay here and paid for a Doubletree instead, after seeing the property. I stayed in my car for a few minutes deciding and then left. No apparent staff, no signage. This place is at best, not prepared to host guests."

"Alberto was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating! He allowed us to drop off our luggage early so that we didn't have to carry it all around or leave it in a hot car. It was a great perk to have a spot to park our car as well. The casita was more spacious than we expected, the bed was comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. "Perfect place for me and my family for the night! We were literally 5 mins away from Wynwood from all the events. The house was in perfect shape, super clean, all necessities were available, and our group of 6 all enjoyed our stay! "
