Late season guys trip

Outstanding location, great place.

We hit a bit of a snag checking in, since we did not receive the instructions. VRBO was good at helping us out and, once we were in the property, we had a great stay. Highly recommend it for anyone thinking of a place in Park City and you want very close (i.e., walking) access to Main Street. It made it very easy to go for coffee, restaurants, and just morning walks.

Family Celebration 70th birthday

Accomadations were awesome ! Perfect for our family. 10 adults plus 2 young children and 2 infants. Very comfortable and many ammenities. We loved the hot tub! The location was great - easy access to the town/restaurants and shops. Short bus to main ski area. Would definitely rent again.

Love the theatre room and hot tub

Very nice place. Theatre room was amazing, especially for the superbowl! Good hot tub. Great location that is close to Main Street and transit center.

Awesome ski days in Park City

We had a great time in this house. Loved the easy access to the 10 White express or 101 free bus to Canyons or any other resort. We walked to the town lift with skis and changed shoes/boots at that ski rental place. (No lockers, but OK) Host was awesome and responsive. Delivered a few extra things we needed quickly. Would stay here again. One comment about the garage level bedroom though, one can hear drain running quite loudly next to the bed. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you.

Family Fun in Park City

the house is large and plenty of rooms. The check in process was a little difficult. Be sure to look for an email for Lespri. The location to Main Street made it very easy to walk to restaurants.

Great Property!

This property is perfect for large groups with ample sleeping, eating, and lounging space. The close proximity to downtown Park City was perfect for easy access to restaurants and shopping. David was very communicative and an excellent host!

Awesome Place!!!

Just got back from a week visit with the family...the townhouse is exceptional...perfect location walking distance to Main St...theater room was fun in the evening...hot tub was perfect after skiing...accommodations all around amazing...hope to get back soon!

Returning guest for a friends weekend

This house is the perfect choice for a fun weekend on the slopes and for the night life in park city. This is our second year in a row booking this house and will always be our go to when we come to park city. David was so accommodating and answered promptly - he even let us have a late check out since there wasn’t a group coming after us. He also made upgrades to the house this year and got an awesome new and comfortable couch that all 10 of us could fit on. The beds are comfortable and the house has all the cooking essentials you could need. The house is a two minute walk from Main Street so it was very easy to walk to dinner at night or explore the town. It’s also walking distance from the bus station that takes you to park city’s base. We love this house and anyone should take advantage to stay here if you’re coming to Park city.

Superb accommodations

We stayed four nights midweek - five mature skiers. The location was extremely convenient - we saw no need to ever move our vehicle from the garage once parked. The unit was roomy, clean and nicely furnished. Bedding was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The movie theatre and hot tub were highlights. We found the management company easy to reach and very accommodating when we requested flexibility on check-in and check-out times. All in all, a pleasant stay that we would eagerly repeat.

Great Location!

The property at Deer Valley fit all of our needs with two families. Plenty of space and loved that we could get the bus right outside of the house. Walking to the shops and restaurants on Main St was so close and easy! The owner and property manager were both very responsive and easy to communicate with when needed.

Great Location and Beautiful Home

This house is in a prime location within walking distance of downtown Park City and right across the street from the bus stop taking you directly to the base of Snow Park Lodge DV. The amenities from the hot tub, game tables, movie room and all of the TVs were huge hits with the adults and kids. The kitchen and bar areas were well equipped with everything you could need for entertaining. The bedrooms provided plenty of space and the bathrooms were very clean and had plenty of towels. Our experience with the management company was great as well. Any time we had a question or issue, they responded quickly and effectively. Overall a great stay, 5 out of 5!

Great location

Wonderful place. Plenty of room for 6 of us to spread out. Theatre room was a hit. Furniture is very worn. Some things were broke. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed this condo very much. Love Park City.

Townhouse close to Main Street!

This house was perfect for our friends wedding weekend. It slept 10 people and fit our group perfectly. Just know that you’re going to have to walk straight up to get to the master! We had an issue with the steam shower in the master bathroom. Someone was called to come fix it but they couldn’t so we were down to two showers for a group of 10. That was our only complaint - wish they checked if it worked before we got there!

Engagement Weekend - Perfection

From the minute we checked in on Friday to our departure Sunday, our experience was outstanding! Plenty of room for our friends and family, great amenities for groups … poker table, big kitchen, great gathering areas. We wanted to find a rustic environment that felt like we were in the mountains … this place hits the mark!! Highly recommend and we’ll most definitely be visiting again!!

Perfect ski getaway and gathering for friends and family

Me and 11 of us - both friends and family - stayed in March 2022. The house was the perfect distance from town and the town lift and had all of the amenities one could wish for. Beds a plenty, a cozy living room and fire place, all of the appliances for cooking, and a hot tub. The wifi was great for those who had to work, with a sonos system linked up for the musically inclined. My only gripe, and I know I'm nitpicking, was that the management company didn't leave sheets for the pull out couches and getting in touch with them was difficult. I had to call twice and email three times before getting a response. It wasn't a huge inhibitor, but I hope they'll be more responsive for the next guest. As you can tell, this was a high class problem and we were thrilled with our stay and hope to return in the future as a group!

Minutes from Main Street

Location was absolutely perfect for a weekend ski trip. You are within walking distance to all the shopping & dining on Main Street and a quick bus ride or car ride to Town Lift. Property was perfect for a few families (kids ranging from 9-12). Hot tub was a big hit. Kids enjoyed the theater room and upstairs game room.
