Awesome Place!!!

Just got back from a week visit with the family...the townhouse is exceptional...perfect location walking distance to Main St...theater room was fun in the evening...hot tub was perfect after skiing...accommodations all around amazing...hope to get back soon!

Great Park City Weekend

Love the theatre room and hot tub

Very nice place. Theatre room was amazing, especially for the superbowl! Good hot tub. Great location that is close to Main Street and transit center.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay! The property was perfect for our large group and made getting to the mountain each morning super easy! Great Property!

This property is perfect for large groups with ample sleeping, eating, and lounging space. The close proximity to downtown Park City was perfect for easy access to restaurants and shopping. David was very communicative and an excellent host!

Family Celebration 70th birthday

Accomadations were awesome ! Perfect for our family. 10 adults plus 2 young children and 2 infants. Very comfortable and many ammenities. We loved the hot tub! The location was great - easy access to the town/restaurants and shops. Short bus to main ski area. Would definitely rent again.

Great Location!

The property at Deer Valley fit all of our needs with two families. Plenty of space and loved that we could get the bus right outside of the house. Walking to the shops and restaurants on Main St was so close and easy! The owner and property manager were both very responsive and easy to communicate with when needed.

Family Fun in Park City

the house is large and plenty of rooms. The check in process was a little difficult. Be sure to look for an email for Lespri. The location to Main Street made it very easy to walk to restaurants.

Outstanding location, great place.

We hit a bit of a snag checking in, since we did not receive the instructions. VRBO was good at helping us out and, once we were in the property, we had a great stay. Highly recommend it for anyone thinking of a place in Park City and you want very close (i.e., walking) access to Main Street. It made it very easy to go for coffee, restaurants, and just morning walks.

Superb accommodations

We stayed four nights midweek - five mature skiers. The location was extremely convenient - we saw no need to ever move our vehicle from the garage once parked. The unit was roomy, clean and nicely furnished. Bedding was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The movie theatre and hot tub were highlights. We found the management company easy to reach and very accommodating when we requested flexibility on check-in and check-out times. All in all, a pleasant stay that we would eagerly repeat.

Friends getaway

Our stay was great. We arrived in early that morning and our check-in was not until 3PM. We messaged David that day before and he told us we can get into the house as soon as 9AM. By 930 that day we were in the house and were able to get another full day of skiing in thanks to this. The house was walking distance to Town Lift and across the street from the bus stop for free transport to Deer Valley. 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you!

Awesome ski days in Park City

We had a great time in this house. Loved the easy access to the 10 White express or 101 free bus to Canyons or any other resort. We walked to the town lift with skis and changed shoes/boots at that ski rental place. (No lockers, but OK) Host was awesome and responsive. Delivered a few extra things we needed quickly. Would stay here again. One comment about the garage level bedroom though, one can hear drain running quite loudly next to the bed. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you.

Great Location and Beautiful Home

This house is in a prime location within walking distance of downtown Park City and right across the street from the bus stop taking you directly to the base of Snow Park Lodge DV. The amenities from the hot tub, game tables, movie room and all of the TVs were huge hits with the adults and kids. The kitchen and bar areas were well equipped with everything you could need for entertaining. The bedrooms provided plenty of space and the bathrooms were very clean and had plenty of towels. Our experience with the management company was great as well. Any time we had a question or issue, they responded quickly and effectively. Overall a great stay, 5 out of 5!

Returning guest for a friends weekend

This house is the perfect choice for a fun weekend on the slopes and for the night life in park city. This is our second year in a row booking this house and will always be our go to when we come to park city. David was so accommodating and answered promptly - he even let us have a late check out since there wasn’t a group coming after us. He also made upgrades to the house this year and got an awesome new and comfortable couch that all 10 of us could fit on. The beds are comfortable and the house has all the cooking essentials you could need. The house is a two minute walk from Main Street so it was very easy to walk to dinner at night or explore the town. It’s also walking distance from the bus station that takes you to park city’s base. We love this house and anyone should take advantage to stay here if you’re coming to Park city.

Good property overall, however issues w. basic items.

Property is in a great location (5 min walk to main street) and quick bus ride to deer valley. The property is very clean and perfect for a family get away. We had a few minor problems that unfortunately didn't get resolved until the last day of our trip. The TV in the family room didn't work. The owner was responsive, but had to schedule an AV company to come over and fix the TV which didn't happen until our last night. The theater room is great but you can't stream from Netflix or Amazon (DVD only and the DVD's provided are all unusable). For the kids this was a bummer as it was more of a TV room vs. theater room for watching movies. A majority of the jets in the hot tub didn't work. The owner had this fixed but again, not until the last day of our stay. Lastly, the wifi wasn't very good. I had to do work and actually had to go to a coffee shop since the wifi was so bad. Again, a good property but given the $$ we spent our expectation was that we wouldn't have the issues with these basic items.

Property needs work/updating

I stayed in this property over July 4th 2020 weekend with family of 7. Overall style is old and dark. Several issues are listed below and need to be addressed. I would not rent from Alpine Ski properties again. The good: Located near downtown Bathrooms were clean Lightning system works great Foosball table is top notch Needs attention: Windows dirty Coffee filter from previous guest was left in Home theater remote screen not functional iPod wire not present for whole house audio (as shown in YouTube video) Hot tub not functioning Microwave turns on but does not heat food Gas grill propane tank empty Very dull knives Dishes were dusty Disposal not working, just hums when switched on Pans are broken/dented I would set the air conditioning thermostat in master to 75 several times a day and it automatically sets back to 67 In the lower level bathroom, gum on the inside door handle It takes a while to get hot water, looks like a hot water recirculating system near the tankless water heater is turned off or not functioning. Refrigerator door is still broken after 3 years (reference YouTube video) Showers need more light Chess set is not usable

Great location

Wonderful place. Plenty of room for 6 of us to spread out. Theatre room was a hit. Furniture is very worn. Some things were broke. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed this condo very much. Love Park City.
