Convenient close to everything.Did have some challenges with the water diverter for the shower as well as the water pressure fading in and out.The lights and fan kept dimming or turning off and back on. We advised our host and said they would have it checked.My family member had bad knees and had a little bit of a challenge going up and down the stairs, but the unit was cozy."

"The complex where this unit is located is in need of some extreme TLC. Once inside the unit, the unit is just ok. It was comfortable for sleeping and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchen pans are in really poor condition. The pictures make it look nicer than I felt it was. We knew it was a studio but the kitchen had no space whatsoever. There were no chairs at the pool and it was not an inviting space at all. The unit will be fine for some, but for me, it was not worth the cost...

We had no issues other than a little noise from upstairs that was mentioned in other reviews We contacted Maggie once about a remote that wasn’t working and she responded quickly and corrected the problem. "This place has no A/C and nowhere on the description does it list this. I came to Hawai'i to be comfortable, not stiffled nightly by humidity. The owner refused a partial refund for a 2 week stay after I expressed not wanting to stay here. I didn't expect a full refund, but at least half would have been nice. "Pros: Property was clean and smelled good as soon as you walk in. Big property, nice parking, quiet area, good location near major attractions. Cons: No sink in the kitchen. Especially annoyed that they ask for you to clean all the dishes before you leave. I don’t know what they’re thinking. Bathrooms are on the smaller side, and each bathroom has the smallest sink you’ll ever see, which would not have been a major problem if they did not ask you to clean the dishes in them. However, we were initially given the wrong gate code, which caused a bit of confusion.
