HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 9 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Sorry, no pets are permitted on this property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

We had a great stay overall! The host communicated very well throughout the trip and always replied in a timely manner. The property was as advertised, and we especially appreciated the high chair for our little one — it came in very handy. Access to the resort amenities was also a really nice bonus.The place was clean enough and comfortable for our stay. A couple things to note for future guests: the third bedroom is located inside the garage, and the rooms did get quite warm overnight since there’s no AC. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s hospitality!
