We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was easy to contact for any of our needs. When we got there there was a Starbucks drink left in the fridge and we found a shoe and pants under one of the beds. Everything was clean and enjoyable besides this.

When we got there, we tried getting our door code and garage code. We couldn’t get a hold of the host. It took forever to get our codes to get in when we got into the room. Our parking passes were not there. We text the host asking about the parking pass they said the night that we arrived that they will drop them off. We was there for four nights. They never dropped them off we was worried about our vehicle getting towed the whole time we was there. We could not get in contact with the host. There were dirty robes in the bathroom, dirty towels on the ground and towels in the dryer. It was not the best.

Excellent host and quick messaging. Condo is absolutely perfect! Amazing balcony views!! Clean and very relaxing setup. Beds are comfortable (including bunk bed), kitchen is large and lots of pans, dishware, everything you need! Second time renting here and already booked for early 2027.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The view was unobstructed and the balcony was suitable to enjoy meals or coffee out on every morning. We did have a few items missing that was suppose to be in the condo and they were delivered immediately. Great communication in a timely manner.

Our family of 7 had an absolutely amazing stay at this beach condo! The ocean view was nothing short of breathtaking — we could sit for hours just enjoying the sights and sounds of the waves right from the balcony. The condo was spacious, clean, and perfect for a large family. We were especially impressed by how well-stocked everything was — the closets were packed with beach accessories and all the extras we could possibly need for fun days on the sand. The kitchen had every utensil, pot, and pan we needed to cook full family meals, which made our stay even more relaxing and convenient. This condo truly felt like a home away from home, but with the bonus of a perfect beachfront location. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed with our son and his family, had a total of 8 people in the condo (4 adults, 17 year old, twins (6 yr olds), and a 5 year and had plenty of room for all. Loved the pools for the "littles" where they could play and not have to worry about being too deep for them. Having the closet full of beach toys, wagon, chairs, etc. along with beach towels was awesome considering we were coming back from a cruise and didn't have all that packed and we didn't have to worry about having it. Condo was in a great location and having the bars at the pools were nice if you wanted a refreshing drink considering it was so hot. Also having the pizza bar/nachos/hotdogs in the skywalk was nice for not having to get out if you didn't want to go eat. Condo was clean and kitchen was well equipped if you chose to cook. Description and pictures were accurate as listed. Would definitely stay there again. Host was quick to respond back to any questions that I had.

This place was very nice, very clean, loved being right on the beach! It was nice having the parking garage, but getting to the condo from the garage was a bit confusing at first.

Great location

We stayed in this room at the end of June. To start the location is great and the room overall is good. We had a few issues 1. There was only 1 parking pass and it was listed as they're would be 2 included. When i contacted the property manager was told she'd drop more off the next day... we never heard from her again. It clearly states in the welcome folder that vehicles without them will be towed. 2. There were no trash bags at all in the room and we had to go buy now to get through the trip. 3. The property never emptied the trash shute so there was garbage piled into the hall and smelling horrible. 4. They advertise 3 pools but one of them was shut down which made the other 2 incredibly crowded. Overall it was a good vacation but it would have been spectacular has we not had to deal with these issues.

3rd Year

This is our 3rd year in a row staying here, and I wont choose anywhere else. Love the upgrades the property has gotten just since our last stay. You get what you see here, the pictures dont lie. The views are gorgeous and the Condo is beautifully decorated. I cant wait for our next stay!!!

Awesome condo for the family!

This place is so nice!! It was clean and stocked for all needs . From pots and pans to dishes, we didn’t have to purchase anything except food . It’s in a great location. My only issue was with the sofa bed. The head part appears to be broken . Other than that, our stay was wonderful!!

Excellent Rental and Superb hosts

My family was looking to try a new location out and we had our sights set on the northwest portion of FL. Based on the all the qualifications we sought in a rental, this location checked off all the boxes! The place was clean, well organized and we had a blast in our time spent there. We hope that the rental continues to be available, and if I were a family looking for a place to stay, I would jump at the chance for this rental.

Great view and perfect location

Close to all sorts of activities without being in busiest part of PCB. Only issue is learning the resort layout from parking to the elevators, they have a mind of their own. Will stay here again!
