The condo was located in a great area and the condo was nicely decorated. There was moldy areas around the shower in the master bathroom and the tub was busted at the bottom. It needed more towels and the outside porch was very dirty. We appreciated having a Starbucks close by and a breakfast place within walking distance. The pools were nice with tiki huts on both sides but there could be some updating. Overall, we had a great time and were near many restaurants. Just giving feedback as prompted. Again, our family had a great time but these things should be taken care of in our opinion. Thanks

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very nice and clean. I love the view in the master bedroom and on balcony. Only complaint I can think of is maybe parking and then having to go into multiple elevators and across sky bridge etc every time we need to go or come which wasn’t often. There were also only 7 bath towels in the unit so I had to do a bit more laundry than normal. Overall a great experience. Made lots of memories with the kiddos and it’s in a great location very close to pier park. I kind of wish the better pool was on the beach side instead of a parking garage view but that didn’t affect the kids. I saw someone complain on another review about crack in the master tub. My daughter took a bath there every night with no issue, it’s purely cosmetic so who cares. Also the showers have great water pressure! Overall would recommend

Quick Family Trip

The host was very responsive to remote situation with tv and brought over universal remote. Were missing a few pool bracelets but made it through without them. Toaster could stand to be replaced but other than that a great location to spend with family.

Terrible experience

We had a horrible experience communicating with the host on issues when we arrived. Condo smelled, couches not usable, sheets dirty, light didn’t work in one room, stove dirty and over all filthy. Never received wrist bands for pool. Communicated everything to host and VRBO and nothing was resolved.

Winter stay

Lovely area to stay in. Room was spacious and location great. Close to some nice restaurants. Checkin was easy, but we were given wrong code to parking garage. When we checked in Nest thermostat wasn’t working. Property manager was easy to get n touch with but when we called to tell her about thermostat she said “I don’t know what to do.” She then said she would get in touch with Baileys first thing in the morning. By 10 a.m. I hadn’t heard anything so I called property manager to ask If she had spoke with Baileys. She said “is it really that hot in there?” I offered to call Baileys myself she told me no she “would try to call them again.” Within a few min she called me to say they were coming. I understand things happen but when I called it seemed like I was bothering her asking for the thermostat to be fixed. Would have been a nice gesture to offer a percentage off since we didn’t have heat/air that first night. Overall had a nice stay.

Christmas 2024

We had a wonderful trip. The resort complex and the condo unit was very nice and exactly as pictured in app. We like all the Christmas decor and activities available (including Santa and Mrs. Claus in the lobby). The owner was easily accessible and very helpful. We’ve already rebooked for next Christmas.

Wonderful Owner!!

The place was very nice and very clean! Balcony on the ocean!! Within walking distance to the best crab legs ever!! Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice condo!

This is a very nice condo! Well maintained and clean. Unfortunately, the people who rented it before us broke multiple things, and failed to tell the owner, but the owner did all she could to get it fixed as quickly as humanly possible once she found out. Yes, it slightly interfered with our stay initially, but it wasn’t her fault, and she kept in communication with me via text until the fixes were taken care of. We would stay here again and we also love the Emerald Beach/Wyndham property. The pool is heated and is so peaceful in the mornings!

Great stay

Nice clean condo with an amazing view of the beach. There was plenty of room for my family and I, with room to spare, 3 adults and 1 child. No check in at the desk, just use the door code and push the door handle down (all the way down LOL) and you are in. Say Hi to Doug at the ice cream parlor in the lobby beside the sky bar. The sliding glass door was a little hard to open and close but we made due. Wonderful trip, we will defiantly stay again. Thank you to the host Nick.

Disappointing

Communication was very poor. No garage access code and room information. Only received the door code. Asked manger for internet password and how to work the TV in master bedroom via email and VRBO with no response. Unit is dated and beds need to be replaced. The small couch is so worn and all torn up. We found prickly burrows all over the unit which hurt. I would not recommend. Place has potential but needs some work and better management. It was a bummer for our holiday break.

34th wedding anniversary trip

We come to PCB every September to celebrate our anniversary but this is the first time staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed it and all that EMERALD BEACH has to offer. The condo was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. I would only suggest they replace the sofa and loveseat. Everything was absolutely amazing and I will def rent from them again.

We loved our stay!! Right on the beach, oceanview from bedroom and balcony. Lots of room. Excellent host!! Elevators were the only complaint we had but it was worth it. Best vacation will book again.

Great For Families

We had a great time at this condo. We took full advantage of the kitchen as it had all the necessary utensils, pans, etc to keep three hungry teenage boys satisfied. I especially enjoyed the separate entrance from the master bedroom to the balcony. The unit was clean and updated and a great time. Will definitely be back.
