Wonderful accommodations

The condo was perfect! Beautiful views! And by far the cleanest place i have ever stayed on any vacation! Mike is wonderful to work with. Everyone brags on how nice he and his wife are...and i believe it! No complaints and i will definitely be back!

Great view

Owner is fantastic to work with. Location is within walking distance of the pier. Elevators at the complex are slow and often have a line, but the owner prepared us for that complication.

PCB Condo

The condo was in great condition and clean. The bed was very comfortable and appliances worked well. The view of the ocean was amazing. The pool area was crowded, but well taken care of and maintained. Mike was very easy to work with and explained things very well. Dusty's was within walking distance and a great place to eat!

Great view of the ocean! The elevator was relatively quick. I liked having the beach chairs and umbrella. The furniture was very comfortable. Mike responded quickly to all of my needs!

Amazing Views

We had a great vacation and the condo made it even better. The top floor views were unmatched and this was our fifth year in a row to visit Panama City Beach!! We will differently recommend the condo to all of our friends and family. The host was very easy to reach if you needed. Thank you for the stay!!

Family fall break trip

We stayed at the condo for 4 nights. 2 adults and 4 kids. The beaches were beautiful and clean. The chair rental with the stay was great and easy. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The gym was convenient but a little outdated and very small. The convince of the washer and dryer was very nice. The room was clean and as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked and was only missing a air fryer. Sterling breeze is not located in the main strip area, it is nice but also requires more driving. Would stay here again, next time I think we will look into the larger unit.

Vacation-2022

We really enjoyed our stay at Sterling Breeze Unit 2305. The unit was very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved being on the West side of Panama City Beach. Great parking facilities for older folks like us. Owner of property stayed in contact to see if everything was good .

Long Weekend

Wonderful view from the top!

Owner is super nice and helpful. Condo is beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed for a memorable vacation right there in the condo. The view from the balcony was awesome! We saw dolphins every morning, as well as sharks, rays, and schools of fish. You can see everything from up there! It felt like home away from home. I would definitely stay there again and again!

a little slice of paradise

Mike was great to work with from start to finish he answered every question and was so polite. the property was just as pictured, and the condo was full of so much more than listed (wave board, low water level beach chair, tons and tons of kitchen appliances and gadgets to make it easy to prepare meals at home) however the pool was a great time, the “tiki bar” wasn’t as expected. We loved being so close to pier and seeing sea life all around! We will be staying again one day!! THANKS MIKE

Birthday getaway

We always go to the beach for my birthday. We enjoyed our vacation here. The elevators were fast and never really had to wait on them. The kitchen was well stocked. We will be back

Absolutely wonderful!

We had such a great time. Condo was stocked with everything you would need. There was plenty of space for storage. The property was beautiful and clean. The location is wonderful. Not as crowded, but still close to everything. We would stay here again. Mike was very good with communication and staff was very friendly at Sterling Breeze!

Great condo!!

This property was fantastic! The views are amazing and the location is perfect. We saw manatee, a sea turtle, a shark, and a bunch of stingray. It’s within walking distance to Pier Park which was a huge plus. The owner was awesome and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely book this property again.

Winter Beach trip

Love the View!!

The condo was very clean and accurate based on pictures. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. I'm thankful the owner had some extras for the condo. Thanks! The only thing I could recommend a change for the entire condo would be to add some black out curtains for the bedroom. Due to the outside safety lights being so bright, no matter what time of night I woke up I thought it was morning and time to get up. That's more of a personal recommendation... No other issues at all!! Thanks for having us.
