A must stay for family holidays

This was an ideal location for your family holiday. There was plenty of space and everything we needed was on site. The location was terrific and easy to be on the beach or shopping in under 10 minutes. The photos described the home perfectly and the property manager beach girls was terrific getting back promptly with all needs while we were there. This home is highly recommended.

Beautiful home and great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Coconut Cove! The home is very clean, comfortable, and beautiful! It’s in a great location as well! I’ve already recommended Coconut Cove to friends! We greatly appreciated the pet friendly aspect of this home as well and the home is located right across from a green space that’s dog friendly. Coconut Cove is the new family favorite!! Thank you for having us!

We will return! Perfect stay.

We loved this property, and it was the perfect setting to celebrate our Mom's 80th birthday. It was simply amazing, with so many areas to gather and enjoy quality time with loved ones! Very comfortable spaces, both indoor and outdoor, and just a quick walk to the beach! There were 10 in our party, and we were thrilled with all of the extra supplies available for our use and enjoyment. We highly recommend this beautiful, well-equipped property and 30a Beach girls as hosts! We were very comfortable and happy.

wonderful surprise

This house was amazing! Beautiful, cleaned and everything you need. Getting to the beach is a little bit of a challenge. Definately no just running back to get a snack or anything forgotten but the house more than makes up for it. We have always stayed right on the beach so this was a bit of a change but we LOVED it!!

Close to beach, clean, comfortable, will return.

We loved staying at prominence. It is ideally located close to to the beach and big chill attractions and yet it has a quiet neighborhood feeling. The home is spacious and has large sized living spaces and kitchen. There was an attention to detail throughout the home in terms of appliances and smaller touches like hot tub and beach towels. The managers 30a beach girls communicated very well and provided a spotless home! Our whole group enjoyed hanging out on the large porch in the afternoons and evenings, loved the hot tub. We would love to stay there again!

The house is gorgeous and located close to hub area.

We loved our vacation in Hub area staying in this house. The beach was 7 minutes via golf cart. House has the perfect mixture of coastal charm with modern touches. The house is much bigger than we thought it would be, giving everyone the space to relax on vacation in this great house! I would definitely look to rent this house again and work with this management company, they communicated well and provided a spotless maintained home. We spoke frequently to Hollie and Joy.

We loved our stay at Coconut Cove!

We loved our stay at Coconut Cove! The home was lovely, clean, new and large enough for our large family! The Big Chill was a lot of fun in the evening. The pool was within walking distance and heated! The house had everything we needed and more! Unfortunately the hot tub broke while we were there and it was able to be fixed before we left. We have owned hot tubs in the past and know how tricky they are so we understood!

Excellent stay!!

Coconut Cove was an amazing home! If I could stay here every weekend, I'd do it. The photos matched the property perfectly it is a true home away from home. The deal park entrance to the beach is right down the street and there are numerous things to do on 30a especially at the Big Chill! Kellie and Hollie area awesome hosts, they responded promptly to any questions that my group had during our stay and helped when we needed a ride from the airport. Honestly, this vacation made me think about moving to Florida! Thank you 30a Beach Girls!!!

Amazing Beach Getaway!

We loved this house and how close it was to the beach, jumped not he bikes and we were there at Deer beach in 5 minutes! We really enjoyed the pool and made lots of new friends and there was plenty of space for everyone you didn't feel crowded. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of big fluffy towels! Would totally stay again in the future! 30a beach girls communicated very well, preferred method was texting. They include a bonfire that my kids LOVED! Played games and ate smores for a few hours. Perfect night.

BOOK this home NOW!

The whole experience was easy and great. House is huge and has room for everyone in your party, very clean. Any of the minor issues we had were addressed immediately most was our error. We aren't technical. The big chill next door was enjoyed by everyone. I would recommend this place highly and would love to return someday, also highly recommend 30a beach girls they know how to host!

30a beach girls home Coconut Cove is a beautiful property, very clean in a fabulous location - just a short walk from the restaurants and a pool that our children loved. We thoroughly enjoyed using the gorgeous and well-appointed kitchen to cook, and the open living space was perfect for our multigenerational family gathering. The patio with hot tub was icing on the cake! Our favorite night was the bonfire that was included, such a fabulous night! We played corn hole and ate s'mores until we were almost sick. 30a Beach Girls knows how to ensure your stay is smooth and ever so enjoyable. Thank you for the bikes, golf cart and bonfire!

Beautiful well-appointed house best service we have yet to receive.

We lacked for nothing! The house is beautifully & comfortably appointed, very clean, and the best stocked house ever - we lacked for nothing! 30a beach girls were eager to assist, and always available to answer questions. Truly surprised how thorough and attentive they are we were invited to bonfires they hosts and were in constant contact. The location is an easy walk to restaurants, pool, and the beach though the golf cart was preferred. We'll be back!

Gem on 30a!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is tastefully designed and decorated, with plenty of space for conversation and relaxation, very clean. The location was perfect. We have stayed at many properties on 30a and this house was fantastic...quick bike ride (3 minutes) to Beach, walking/biking path across the street, great back porch for entertaining, loved the hot tub, plenty of space for family games in living room. 30a beach girls had a cart for us and other goodies. Helped me pull off an incredible celebration. Will definitely visit the property again, thank you 30a beach girls for all the memories!

The home was nice overall but we would not stay there again. There were gnats everywhere in this kitchen and it drove us nuts! Also having to drive 10 minutes to get to the beach was a disappointment. There was also no golf cart with this house even though we were told there would be one.
