Great communication with the owner

I rented this unit for my mom and niece while my family and I stayed in a separate unit. I was immediately impressed by the communication from the owner in regards to the unit. We exhanged cell nunbers early on in the rental process and he was available for any questions regarding the unit. My mom & step dad are in their late 70’s and found the unit all they needed. They had no complaints other than the height of the bed. My mom went to the Wal-Mart, got a cheap step stool and said there was no issues and that the bed slept great. I plan to rent this unit again for my wife and I in the future contacting the owner directly. Unit was clean, perfectly decorated and everyone loved the chairs on the balcony.

Nice condo that we really enjoyed

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning condo located on the 18th floor, with the breathtaking views. It was clear that the John takes great care in maintaining the condo, which added to the overall positive experience. He was always in touch with us and was very responsive and genuinely concerned about our comfort and satisfaction. This was our second stay in this resort and we can highly recommend this resort along with this beautiful condo. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Family vacation

This place was perfect! Very clean and excellent communication with John throughout our trip! He kept us updated on when the condo would be ready for our arrival and checked on us through the week. The beach chairs were nice to have with our stay, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Condo is within walking distance to lots of activities. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for us. There was ample utensils and detergents. It was clean and luckily enough for me, nothing too breakable for 3 wild boys. The property owner was great to work with and went above and beyond to fix a booking mistake that I made. Highly recommend!

Honeymoon destination.

We loved the condo at 1803e in Calypso resort. With covid restrictions we did not want to leave the country for our honeymoon so opted for a Florida vacation. It was clean, had everything we needed and the view from the balcony of the ocean was spectacular! John the owner was very accommodating and answered all questions quickly. There is so much to do in the area as far as entertainment, water activities, restaurants, etc. We are going back next year for sure!

Beautiful Spring Break Trip!

From booking through stay John was an absolutely thorough and lovely host. He answered all questions and replies that I had in a quick and concise manner. The condo was gorgeous and views were breathtaking. We were fortunate for good weather and having the use of the seasonal beach chairs was a PLUS! Great family trip and location!

Perfect place in a perfect location

Such an amazing place. Location is beyond perfect. The unit itself is amazing, tons of space, absolutely perfect view of the ocean . The owner was easily the best I’ve worked with on any booking, communicated quickly as needed, very helpful and informative, would stay here again without hesitation.
