"It's a very spacious, attractive, bright, well-stocked apartment in a charming part of the city near a ton of great restaurants and shops of the downtown mall and nearby Belmont, and in a nice building. You will have to sign a separate contract with a third-party manager, Stay Charlottesville. As per prior reviews, the bedrooms are quite light at night from street lights and there's a high propensity for street noise e.g. we were woken up at 7am two of the days by a truck tearing up the brick on...

"The rooms were clean and spacious. Took some getting used to having to keep locking up at night. Close to downtown mall was great. "

However we had several disappointments in that the kitchen did not have a skillet or frying pan nor did the kitchen have any paper towels or tea towels. The coffee maker did not have any creamer and there was limited parking when all the rooms were occupied. The bedroom windows were off of their tracks and would not close when you opened them. For the price I paid, I expected a better experience. "

"It’s a very nice clean property virtually in the middle of downtown Charlottesville. The only caution I have is for people who may have difficulty with stairs…..a steep flight getting from the door to the apartment. Once there it is great!"

So I only expect things to improve! It was a great value for the price. I would definitely consider rebooking. "
