"Beautiful BRAND NEW lil cabin. Smelling fresh outdoors as good as it smells fresh and inviting inside. Definitely enough room for 2 adults and a couple or few kids. Not far from things, but definitely not a place to just run out for milk or butter, so get everything you need on your grocery trip. There is 100% privacy from anyone and the world back in the woods... with the cutest back yard and the deere grazing unbothered while you sip your coffee. It was PEACE."

"This cottage was the perfect place for a weekend getaway in the Charlottesville area! It has a nice secluded feel and yet is close to wineries, grocery stores, etc. We were not bothered at all by the train or cars on 250. The house itself is even more charming than in the pictures with carefully selected touches for a tea room vibe. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Mary was very responsive to questions and all instructions were very helpful. I would definitely love to return!"

"We loved this property! It exceed our expectations. The house was huge and had plenty of space for our whole group. The dock was amazing. We enjoyed the game room and poker table downstairs. The owners added a lot of nice touches such as having storage at the dock, the paddle boards, and adding handrails on the stairs to the dock.
