Just a few thoughts that will be helpful.
Vents need cleaning, floor drains in bathrooms.
Dishwasher racks all askew and we could not fix it.
The window sill in mail bedroom, one above bed need cleaning.
It might be time for a new coffee maker.

"This lovely house made me wish I could transport it to a beach - because that's all that would have made the stay better. We were in town for cheer nationals and prefer VRBOs rather than hotels. This was a great location and as others have said in their reviews, there is literally EVERYTHING you would need in this house - it's very cozy and well appointed.
