"Had the best trip around mid June. The rental was exactly as pictured and the one time I needed something addressed, it was taken care of right away. The location on the river, can’t be beat. Very nice, long dock, we loved just hanging out by the water, right there. So many alligators to view. We would definitely book this rental again if staying in the area again. "

"The house was the perfect size and located close to St. Augustine. It looks like it is new and felt like it. Two items: The couch is not really a couch it's more like a daybed, not very comfortable for relaxing/watching TV. Also, it was the coldest night of the year and the heat did not go higher than 67 degrees. It was very cold. Owner came by the second and couldn't get it fixed. He stated he would have it fixed. We left to eat and an AC tech called to let us know he was there as we...

"This condo was fantastic! It had everything we needed - pool toys, beach toys, grill! It was easy access to the beach and great location for the pool. We will definitely stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at your sweet little house. Very clean and comfortable. My ONLY moment of, I wish this was better, were the curtains. Wish the house had blinds instead of curtains that would allow light as well as privacy. The glass door in the kitchen especially made us uncomfortable without a blind. Other than the curtains and lack of, we loved the house. Very cozy! Thank you for a pleasant stay!"
