The host were amazing and very communicative. We loved the updated inside of the home, especially the Florida rooms. Everything from the gorgeous ceiling fan/lights to the towels were on point. The kitchen had everything we could need and the beds were very comfy. The pool area with the outdoor kitchen and bar were a very nice feature.

Second bathroom shower drain was clogged. Gas grill provided did not have propane, owner said that we had to provide our own?! The limited availability of the amenities in the back yard was not disclosed until AFTER the reservation had been made, this included the pool, the heated spa, the firepit, the empty grill, the outdoor seating/dining area and the screened back porch.

Everything was perfect, the bed was super comfortable, the spa was extremely relaxing and perfect for the cool evening we had during our stay. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood. Everything was great. The host was easy to contact and extremely nice. We will definitely rent from them again.

Fun and Sun

The pictures and description of the property were spot-on. The grounds were well maintained, and the pool was crystal blue and clean. The cabana was awesome; the location and ceiling fan resulted in a constant, refreshing breeze during the day and night. The house was spacious and comfortable and offered all the necessary modern amenities. We had a blast!

The house was in a good location, quiet neighborhood 3 rows from main highway. We drove to the parking area at the beach which is just down the road. The little pool was nice and plenty big enough for the 5 of us to relax in on a hot day.

We Keep Coming Back for More!!!

We loved our 4th visit to beautiful St Augustine! The Ocean Pearl is the perfect size, in a quiet neighborhood, easy to get to our favorite beaches and then cool off in the pool! Best part is bringing our dogs to share in the fun of vacation with so many dog friendly areas. Hosts David and Patti are super easy to communicate with and address any concerns or questions promptly.

We had a great week at this beach house! We locked ourselves out and Patti was quick to respond and help us. The property is great for kids, the pool is warm and does not need to be heated. Cleaning supplies on hand. The kids loved the ice cream truck that comes around dinner on Saturday. We did forget to take take trash bins out on Sunday, and we think one of the neighbors helped us out. Grateful for that. The property is cozy and decorated nicely. Thanks, Dave and Patti

Fun, Relaxing Family stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house was just perfect for our family. We didn’t have any issues with getting the spa to work or the temperature of the house that some had mentioned. It was pretty convenient to get to other parts of St. Augustine from the house.

Fantastic Location-Responsive Owners

The house was 1/2 mile from the beach access so it was a quick drive to enjoy the ocean. The property is exactly as described. We had one minor issue with the kitchen faucet, but when I told the owners, they were onsite within the hour to fix it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Pearl the neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Short walk to the beach, close driving to everywhere we wanted to go.The house was clean.and the communication with host was amazing.Would definitely stay again!

Nice stay in Florida

This property was nice quiet place to unwind in the Florida weather. Easy walk to the beach and a short drive to St Augustine. The beach is large and allows dogs, so we had some great walks on the beach. There were some great restaurants in the area. We only had time to sample a few but there are probably more. We did not have any issues with the property or the area.

Great place to relax

Wife and I loved the place. Just follow the instructions on spa use and you can't go wrong. Very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again! Btw - check out Sporks for lunch - great food!

Perfect for the Family

We are a family of 7 seeking a little R&R and this was such a perfect spot. With the hustle and bustle of school, sports and work, we were all in need of a weekend away together. This place was perfectly placed close to the beach, grocery, amazing coffee shops and all the sites. The kids loved the pool and spa, and I loved the convenience of everything being close and accessible. The house had everything we needed. I noticed the reusable single cup coffee maker was missing its cup that evening and they had one delivered to me within the hour. They were super attentive and helpful. We would definitely come back again!

Perfect Vacation Home

Beautiful beachy vibe interior with a great layout for our family! Backyard was a perfect oasis where we spent most our time if not at the beach! Ate most our meals outside, great dining area & fan offered pleasant breeze too! Thank you for sharing your wonderful vacation home! Hope we can return in the near future!
