Comfortable Property, Excellent Location

Enjoyed our stay with family members. Kitchen was well equipped making meal prep easy. Clear instructions on how to use the remotes for the tv’s, our grandsons loved the gaming system in the bunk bed room. Excellent location to the downtown area and the hot springs. Host was quick to respond to questions.

Very Cool Place To Stay!!

This was the second time we have stayed here on a family vacation, we really enjoyed our stay!! The place is very clean and very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone, especially for families.

Firepit is old and doesn't work great. It was out of propane, no lighter. Jacuzzi tub is broke and was told they have no intentions of fixing. Ice maker didn't work. They brought one small bag for a full house for our stay.

Stairway stay

We enjoyed the place it was the right size for what we wanted. Only complaints were fry pan were worn bought a new one and left it there for the next person. Also looked like Master bedroom was on 1st floor 2 sets of stairs to get to main level however we made do and our stay was wonderful thank you very much.

Cozy home right by the river!

Wonderful stay!

Great location, lots of space for our 2 families to meet up for our annual ski trip. One person in the group doesn’t ski, so they were happy to walk to everything. Great communication from the rental company as well. Can’t wait to come back !

Christmas In Pagosa 2023

This property is A+ from check in to check out. The property manager Jedd was very attentive with any information needed and beyound. We requested a Christmas tree for the holiday and Jedd delivered. Condo is close to town perfectly decorated and comfortably cozy, kids really loved the Mule Deer walking around the property. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Pagosa!

Incredible condo, great location

We stayed here with family while skiing at Wolf Creek, and had a great experience. Communication with the property manager was outstanding throughout the stay, and the whole process was seamless. The master bedroom suite was really nice, and my kids (ages 7 and 2) loved the bunk beds downstairs. You can’t beat the location of this condo; it’s near all the great spots in Pagosa Springs and right on the river, but it is also in a quiet neighborhood. And, let me tell you about the heated floors! I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Cozy but spacious

Very impressive. Much bigger than what pictures make it seem. Radiant floor heating and fireplace was awesome. Great location; just a 10 min walk to town. Will rent here again!

Beautiful, Clean and efficient Condo

We loved our stay at stairway to Haven. The location is where we like to stay, close to downtown. The condo was clean, has plenty of anything we needed. The beds were comfy and the view spectacular. Management was very attentive and checked in with us often as well as responded to any questions quickly. We will def be staying again, as we come here every year! Thank you for a blessed, comfy family vacation with our young adults daughters. Love your condo!

Five star condo

We enjoyed our stay very much. There is plenty of room to relax, plenty of dishes and towels and it has some great views. We actually watched the eclipse from the main bedroon deck. All in all, a great spot. I would definitely stay again if we go back to Pagosa Springs

Wonderful vacation town home

Everything at the town home was first rate. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Pegosa Springs. Perfect distance from town. Super quiet and yet very walkable.

Beautiful Mountain Condo!

This unit is stunning. Much better than even the photos could convey. Immaculately clean, comfortable,great downtown location. We walked everywhere. The host is so attentive and answered every question immediately. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Surprise 😲

The location is in a great spot for the views but not for a weekend getaway to relaxes. The noise during the day was great but at night time its loud from the neighbors. The place had spider webs everywhere and it looks like the place hadn't been keep up like it should be. We had a leak from the master bedroom shower and no one never came to fix the problem. I brought my own fan because they don't have a ac unit for the place just one small window one for the whole place. The sheets and towels didn't look really clean but I bring my own anyway for these reasons.
