  • Pequeña cabaña aproximadamente a 15 minutos al sur del centro de Pagosa Springs. La cabaña se encuentra en 5 acres de hermosos pastos para caballos, con grandes vistas hacia el este, bosque nacional al otro lado del camino de entrada y acceso privado al río Blanco. Hay una habitación con una agradable configuración de litera doble. Y un acogedor loft que está amueblado con una cama de matrimonio. Parrilla de barbacoa. Fogatas) . Agujero de natación. Pesca C & R. Las mascotas son bienvenidas, pero no hay asesinos de gatos o perros agresivos por favor! Los caballos también están permitidos ya que hay un pasto completo disponible para los amigos ecuestres. Cocina llena. WIFI. A 35 minutos de Wolf Creek, ¡no hay tráfico en el centro de Pagosa! A 15 minutos del centro de Pagosa. Televisor HD de pantalla plana de 48 "con DirecTV y Sunday Ticket.

The Barn & surroundings were even more beautiful, serene, & peaceful than advertised! The Host was accommodating, helpful, & friendly! Would definitely book another trip there!

Everything was really clean and stocked upon our arrival. The barn was super comfortable for everyone. Chris and boots were the best hosts we could’ve ever asked for. An absolutely great trip. Thanks so much for having us!

The property was fantastic! We Loved the location, nice and quiet spot with great views all around. we loved hanging out by the river for hours and hours or just sitting on the patio watching the stars at night. Only negative we found was doing dishes the pump for the sink shakes the house and is very loud, which if youre cooking very many meals can get annoying, but that wouldnt keep me from staying here again if we ever come back to the area!

This is the perfect place to settle in to peace & quiet but at the same time have access to so much to do. The property is beautifully situated with expansive views, easy access to main roads and downtown Pagosa and a peacefulness that makes relaxation irresistible. Chris makes you feel like family without being over the top about it. The cabin has a cozy vibe but at the same time the amenities one needs to decompress in a very civilized manner. Would highly recommend a stay here for those looking for something off the beaten path but where it feels like home away from home. Can’t wait for our next visit.

What an incredible coupleOf days away! Highly recommend for anyone with dogs and looking to simply unwind! Chris was more than accommodating, friendly, and fun! We will be back!

The property was very pet friendly and the kitchen was very well equipped. I especially enjoyed the indoor and outdoor fireplaces. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was a great place to stay! I would recommend it for sure!!

This place is absolutely unreal. The barn itself is cozy, well stocked in the kitchen, and very comfortable. Literally no complaints. The river/swimming hole was our primary location for almost our entire trip. Our dogs had an absolute blast playing in the water and we floated in the river and just listened to the water. Chris, the host, was super friendly, helpful, and available at all times while still giving us our own space and privacy. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby. 1000% recommend this place for a getaway to unplug and just experience nature in peace.

This place is amazing! Friendly dogs and great scenery. The perfect place to just get away from it all. Peaceful, secluded, and not too far from things you want to do. Avoid the crowds and condos. Come here if you really want to enjoy your stay from home!!

This property is very clean and easy to get to. The house has a small space to climb up to that the kids loved sleeping in.The river behind the property is amazing and makes this place worth staying at!Things to be aware of. The river is a short walk behind the house and can not be seen from the house. Any time the water is used, the pipes bang and clank and are very loud. When the hot water is used it gets very stinky and smells like sulfur. This house and the hosts house are five feet away from each other which came as a surprise to me.

Such a wonderful cabin in a great location! Cozy and quiet but not too far from town. Well built and clean with thoughtful touches and a well stocked kitchen! The pavilion by the river is beautiful and relaxing! We look forward to staying there again! Thanks Chris for such a great place to stay!!

The property and the host, Chris, were both outstanding. The location was great. It's far enough out of town to be nice and quiet, but close enough to drive up there every day if you want. Our great dane and boxer both loved the space inside and outside. As a bonus, they even got to play with Chris's awesome dog, Boots, on several occasions. The river is a short walk from The Barn, and we went down there almost every day. It was so relaxing and fun. It was nice just to sit down by the river with the dogs and listen to the water. We didn't fish or swim, but we easily could have done so right at the river pavilion. The inside space of The Barn itself is bigger than it seems in the pictures and worked well for me, my wife, and our two large dogs. We didn't even need the second bedroom with the bunk beds. We highly recommend this listing. Thanks so much for the great time Chris and Boots!

Very pet friendly, host Chris is friendly and accommodating. The Barn was clean, cozy, really the right amount of space for us( a couple and dog). The area is beautiful, the stars are plentiful and the river access is very relaxing with the sounds of the water.
