Amazing Fourth of July trip

Family & wedding plans

Get 2gether w/family & beginning of wedding plans. Got venue booked (Pagosa)& wedding gown (in Durango). Very roomy & clean cabin. LOVED the wrap around porch. Great location, nice & quiet. Stars at night were awesome. Big table 4 board games. Great lounging sectional.

Pagosa springs hunting

The house is beautiful, very nice accommodation. Very nice layout. Only flaw was, the downstairs room was very very cold, and we were unable to adjust the temperature. Our week was fabulous, definitely looking forward to returning again next year.

Quiet and lovely

This is a great property in a nice quiet area. Coffee on the porch, walks to the lake, easy drive into Pagosa and grilling on the deck. The house was clean and comfortable and the property manager waa so easy and responsive. Highly recommend!

This home was great. The place was very clean, well-stocked with everything. Large enough for the 6 people that stayed. we were very impressed at how easy it was to find, and the views of the mountains were beautiful. would definitely stay there again and will let friends and family know of this great home. Skiing Anyone?

Was just perfect for our group--Austin tennis friends getting in some skiing. The house was just as advertised and everything about our visit was seamless, comfortable, and clean. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Fabulous fun.

My husband and I booked this property for a month. The beds were cozy, kitchen well appointed, TV/WIFI options excellent. Kids and grandkids from Minnesota, Nebraska and Arizona visited us in stages while we were there. We took advantage of the opportunities for hiking, fishing, kayaking, and tubing down the river. Everyone and every age had a great time. When we needed ANYTHING...the office staff were very friendly and quick to respond. The people operating local businesses were also welcoming and helpful. A very special place, this.
